The store was clean, matter of fact a young lady was cleaning when I came in. I actually havent had subway in over 10plus yrs. And well, after this I probably wont be back. I got the BMT and the Sandwich of the day which was a meatball marinara. My daughter got an oven roasted turkey foot long extra pickles, mustard/mayo. I got pepperoni added to the meatball, because that was the way I ate it when I did eat at Subway. And she told me if she did it that way it wouldnt be the sandwich of the day. I said charge me for the pepperoni. The sandwich was so messy it busted the bag open & my daughters sandwich almost hit the ground on our way in the house. My other daughter refused to eat here, & got a sub at Publix. I probably should've did the same thing cause the energy wasnt right in the store. And both sandwiches were falling apart because it was so much mayo,mustard. I wont be back. I'll just hold on to my memories & money.

I went to the Subway on Socrum Loop in Lakeland and had a really disappointing experience. I asked for a specific item, and when I checked the receipt, I noticed I was charged for something totally different—not labeled correctly at all. When I brought it up, the worker gave a vague excuse and acted like I was in the wrong. It felt like the charge was based more on her emotional state (probably overwhelmed or irritated) than actual store policy. That’s not how you run a business. If you’re going to charge someone, label it correctly and make sure it matches what they ordered. I shouldn’t have to feel like I paid for something I didn’t get. Definitely won’t be going back. Way too much attitude and not enough professionalism.

The sandwiches are good and made to order.
I asked Nicole(who seemed upset about my question for some reason) if they had Gluten Free bread. She said NOT at their store because it does not sell well she guessed. I like Firehouse Subs because they offer it for $2 more.

I just had the best experience at your Socrum Loop location in Lakeland. I was the sixth person in line with one young lady named Sabrina behind the counter. She was able to make all eight sub requests and I was out the door in about 10 minutes. She was very efficient with a great attitude and treated everyone with kindness. If Sabrina is not a manager and/or trainer, she should be! If she is, you made a wise decision Kudos to Sabrina who “know how it should be done”.

Had the new chiptole maja sandwhich in which Sabrina let me know it was the sandwhich of the day! She did a great job making my sandwich and cares about the customers she serves! 10/10! Good sandwich nice and soft bread with a crunchiness from the crunch in the sandwich! I got a large drink and chocolate chip cookies with it! Nice and soft cookies and the soda was not water down!

The sandwich maker behind the counter is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Very bad attitude rushed my sandwich. Acted like she didn’t wanna serve me or give me Customer service. I spent way too much money for a sandwich that was less than great.

The blonde woman that works at this subway has “THE” worst customer service skills ever! She seems miserable at her job and acts like she just can’t wait to get you out the door. I went on 11/25 after 1pm and my food was terrible. She just does Not care. I will avoid this place at all costs. Get some employees that care and want to work. My food is not free.

Waited in a 20 minute line, watched the clerk get serrenated by a guest in front of me; when it was my time to order, I told the clerk what I wanted and they looked at me like I was stupid. They then told me to look at the sign at the far right of the store and gave awkward instructions like I was a child. It was a older lady, that's all I know. I just wanted something healthy other than burger king to eat and by all means that just couldn't be achieved today.

Why did you guys take the survey off the receipts ?? Also why cant I buy a bmt , I don't want to pay extra for a ultimate bmt with extra cheese , I just want a regular bmt .

This is always one of the best Subways I go to and I need to just start going here all the time. If I were over that way more I would. Their vegetables are almost pristine just in general but especially when you compare them to most other Subways I've been to. Service is always great and everything always tastes fantastic. Bravo to this team at Socrum Loop!
