What a JOKE! Ordered through the mobile app, when we got home and opened the subs they were totally wrong! Talked to manager “Chris” and said that the ONLY way she would make it right is if we bring the subs back in 2 days from now. Other than that it doesn’t matter cause we are lairs if we don’t bring them back in. What an awful show of customer service when it was the mistake of the employee who can’t read a ticket!!!! Avoid at all costs!

placed an order on the website, just got delivered and its completely wrong. try calling the establishment multiple times and it just constantly rings. Nothing but issues with this location, will not order from here again.

Sooo. I wanted a chop salad. Apparently subway doesn't do this anymore. But ok. Salad made just as I ordered it. Visible physical tip jar on the counter. Figured thr kid deserved a couple bucks. So I slipped $2.00 in the box on a $9.50 salad. This was fine. Until I got home and realized that there was a tip Included on the card charge. I wasn't even given the option.

Absolutely horrible. If you pick up food around 720 pm you will be met with an I’ll mannered and unprofessional employee. Customer service is non existent. He’s very difficult to hear and not to mention poor listening skills. The best part is when you tell him he is not making the right sandwich and he just starts tossing the ingredients back after finally making the right one. If I see him working I will be sure not to order.

***** UPDATE MY MOM DOES NOT RUN THIS ANYMORE I WONT GO. ***** AS OF ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. WILL UPDATE WOTH NEW IMPROVED LOCATION. I KNOW MY MOTHER. I KNOW HER WORK. I know this is a good place family runs it. So that being said. My mom has Fired all of her son's working for her. She is about work. Subway is clean. My mom has ocd. So it's the only place I trust to eat. Plus it's renovated

I ordered a Philly cheese steak, and it was the worst one I ever ate in my life. I haven't tried anything else but I recommend do not get the Philly cheese
