Placed an order online before it was time for the store to close and they canceled my order . Went and asked employee what happened and they acted like they didn’t know . The order was confirmed and everything yet , they still canceled / voided the order .

I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan at this location , and he truly went above and beyond! Ryan was the only staff member on duty, yet he managed to serve several guests with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Despite the challenge of handling everything on his own, Ryan maintained a calm and friendly demeanor throughout.
He prepared my sandwich with attention to detail, ensuring it was exactly the way I wanted it, all while juggling orders from other customers. It was amazing to see how he stayed composed and upbeat under pressure. His dedication and hard work are a testament to his character and work ethic.
Ryan’s ability to provide excellent service even in a demanding situation is nothing short of remarkable. Subway is fortunate to have such an exceptional team member, and I will definitely be returning for his outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

My sub was ok, but tasted like it was extra salty. My husband ordered a meatball sub that he couldn’t eat because it tasted strange ( spoiled). When I went to order online I was not able to order anything with roast beef. So, I assumed that they did not have roast beef in stock. I came to find out that the management has any roast beef sub and a few others turned off from being able to order online. This seemed strange because I could order it in store. Usually, the service is great but the individual that spoke to me was not helpful at all.

1st let me say the food & service was excellent. I just want to make everyone aware of the Subway coupon exclusions. I went in with 2 grandkids and ordered 3 footlongs using 3 for $17.99 coupon. When getting to the register the girl stated 1 of the sandwiches didn't qualify. So I used a 2 for $12.99 coupon and had to pay for the 3rd sandwich. New total $27.80 w/tax. When I got home I looked at my other Subway $17.99 coupons. 1 states excludes Subway series and footlong sidekicks and 1 states excludes footlong sidekicks, the monster, the mexicali, turkey cali club, the beast and garlic roast beef. What? This is a sandwich shop with a limited amount of items on the menu. I guess since losing their butt w/Jared and hiring half of the NFL they need to try and recoup some of their loses????

Sage was really rude. Very poor customer service My sandwich’s was horrible. The veggies was not fresh. The bread wasn’t fresh. Such a horrible experience. I will never eat from this one again.
