At this establishment, they do not attend to the customer in order but carelessly ignore. Also, they didn't bother to properly staff at the level needed.
No less than a poor experience today.
Fix your issue Subway, it's so simple: attend to and hire your best.

The sandwiches here are disappointing. The chicken was chewy, and they were stingy with the veggies, even when I asked for extra. There was also a significant language barrier, which led to my order being incorrect. When I brought it up, the staff member seemed irritated, so I decided to let it go. On top of that, the numerous signs around the store felt obnoxious and the price—$21 for two sandwiches—was steep for the quality. Overall, not a good experience.

Really bad location. Aggressive signs everywhere.... typos and lots of explanation points. "Don't 'leave' on the glass," instead of "Don't lean".
Bathrooms are not for public use.... interesting.
The person building my sandwich couldn't be bothered to stop her conversation long enough to address me when I came in. Continued talking to the other employee the whole time building my sandwich. I found it ironic that their sign said they won't serve customers if they are distracted on their phone, but it's perfectly fine for them to be distracted talking to each other. Another customer came in after me and commented, "Wow, yall have so many rules."
Very minimal veggies were added. Previous visits to other Subway chains left me with a loaded sandwich full of veggies... this one is mainly bread, although I did ask for spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapeños, black olives... etc. She added all of them, just very small amounts.
I normally get cucumbers also, but they looked kinda brown. And I came at 11:30 am, so fairly early in the day for brown veggies.
My chips were stale, I realized after opening it is because I came in on Dec 23, and the best buy date on the chips is Dec 3.
Also, there is no tea at the beverage bar.

Antonio runs this place! Excellent customer service, explained that they are limited to portions due to company standards, kinda lame but it is what it is. Antonio was overall transparent, respectful, and quick! Hopefully he’s appreciated by management/owners

The service was ok. The chicken salad was terrible. The guacamole didn't have any flavor. This is the 1st time I've ever had a bad sandwich here

Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Made it incorrectly, and then when my husband took it back to have it remade the bread was almost stale, and it only had like 5 pickles on the entire foot long when the order clearly said more.
Very disappointed in this store almost every single time I order here it’s wrong or not good.

Slow, methodical, didn’t smile once, terrible
Horrible employees and management. I will never go there again. I recommend the Subway in North Lakeland by the mall (next to Party City).

Antonio is doing The Lord’s work in this restaurant. There are a select few people holding the fabric of the world together in these trying times and this man is one of them. He is always friendly and is good at training his team and being patient as they learn. Thank you to everyone who works at this location and helps us get the sandwiches we need to fuel ourselves when we’re in a crunch and short on time. Food is important, and so are the people who make it for us.

First time coming to this location and will never be back. Smallest sandwich I’ve ever had, no chicken even on the sandwich, tasted like bread and spinach, customer service was awful, they seemed high as hell, laughed when we order a sandwich that was supposed to come with pepperoni meanwhile they’re making the new pepperoni and cheese roll ups for themselves. Just to tell us they were all out of pepperoni and laughed saying they were out of a lot of things. One was on a phone call the whole time, took us 20 minutes to get our sandwiches and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It wasn’t even close to closing time, I don’t understand.

I got a foot long sub - was asked what toppings. Lettuce - barely any but I didn’t say anything. Get to black olives. I asked for extra before he put them on. He put maybe 10 or so. I asked for a few more. He said, well kinda mumbled “I can’t really do that” lol The manager, I’m assuming that was next to him said it 12 black olives for a foot long and 6 for a 6 inch and was trying to explain why... Subway is definitely not “have it your way” lol. I won’t return for the simple fact that I didn’t even get a lot of toppings on my sandwich he could have easily put more than 2 more on my sandwich when I asked for extra - to keep the customer happy. I’ll stick with Publix for a sub or salad…which is where I should have went today!

I was in store #7066 for a Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl on 5/18/24 about 11am. As the young lady proceeded to make the bowl I couldn’t help but notice that with all veggies included (lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, pickles, onions) the small bowl wasn’t even halfway full. I asked for more lettuce, she sprinkled just a few more crinkles on, I wasn’t amused and asked again if she could add more lettuce as the salad is already small in size compared to other establishments for a whopping $10.99. She then advised that she would not be able to add anymore veggies due to a new policy that prohibits them from giving more veggies. I confirmed this includes salads? She replied yes, all veggies. I didn’t understand; if the bowl is made up of veggies and is not weighed, what would be considered too much? I advised the employee that I would not be able to purchase such a small portion for the cost of the bowl, to my surprise she then threw the entire bowl in the trash. My thoughts are; wouldn’t it had benefited the establishment more to had loss a little more lettuce than to have loss my business and the entire salad? I did reach out to the manager on the receipt Antonio to verify the policy via email; no response. I also went over to another Subway & received the correct portion with no issues. If you want a decent salad don’t go to Crystal Grove Subway!!!
