The 12 inch Onion teriyaki and 6 inch Italian BMT sub were great.
A small 20 oz fountain was convenient. The employees seemed confused and were hard to understand. The food looked and tasted good. The location was conveniently located. A twelve inch should not cost 11.39 and 6 inch should not cost 6.69.
The drink was 2.69. That is kinda sad.
This subway always has a issue. I understand it’s a franchise but the customer service sucks when it comes to the manager. I placed an order through the app for my sister to pick up. I wanted a regular Pepsi but I must have hit diet by accident. She would not allow her to get a regular Pepsi because she said it would mess up her inventory. Also the app always show the fountain drink is down forcing you to pay the up charge to get the bottled drink. But when you go into the store the fountain drink works just fine. It’s because she constantly turns certain features off or make them not available through the app. There have been several times I have tried to order a promotional footlong and she turns them off and only makes certain sandwiches available only in 6inch because she doesn’t want to do the promotion. But you can go into the store and the sandwiches are available in footlong when I asked about it I was told the manager turns them off. Great customer service would have been to just swap out the diet for regular because accidents happen

Staff were friendly, but the food and state of store did not meet expectations. The bread was dry, bacon raw, and lettuce brown. For the price paid ($12) I would expect better food conditions. The tables had food under and on top of them. Not recommended to eat here.

Terrible service. Onions were almost completely finished I asked for more and the server scraped up the last few old pieces of onions and completely ignored my request for fresh onions. I know she heard me but still ignored me . She also sneezed all over the vegetable toppings. Not ever going there again.

If I could give this Subway 0 stars, I would — but unfortunately that’s not an option. The heavyset Caucasian woman with tattoos working behind the counter was openly rude and dismissive. When I was deciding how I wanted my sandwiches prepared, she had a look of disgust on her face, as if my order was an inconvenience to her. On top of that, the tone in her voice made it very clear she was agitated and annoyed with having to serve me. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and created a hostile atmosphere.
To make matters worse, the other employee, a Black male working alongside her, just stood there silently. He made no effort to step in or correct the situation, which only reinforced the impression that this type of behavior is normal at this location.
The sandwiches themselves were thrown together carelessly, but the bigger issue is the toxic, disrespectful environment created by the staff. This reflects terribly on Subway and on the management of this store.
I will not return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location until Subway addresses the serious problem with its employees. I will also be reporting this directly to Subway corporate so they are fully aware of what’s happening at this store.

Julie (the manager I’m assuming) was rude.
I’ve been going to subway for yeeeaaars and have always said “Turkey on Italian”.
Julie said “is that white bread?”
I replied “yeah.. isn’t that what Italian is?”
Julie’s response was “I don’t read minds. We have two different Italian breads”
1, I had no idea you had two different Italian breads. 2, no need to be rude about it. Easily could have been informative that you have two different types and needed clarification from me.
Definitely need some customer service training in there.

Had placed an order for some sandwiches for my family and friend. The workers that are their at lunch service are very rude and inpatient. At check out, they did not want to make my combo out for a foot long rool as it stated under the food board they did not want to do that.
As They started charging other orders.
My son said, "Can we please get the cookies so we can get out of your way?"
The cashier and manager on duty said out loud, chill out, and be patient, "I said to them to calm down. Mind you, they are speaking to a minor like that.
People like this should not be working at a service place and unable to handle a small rush
WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.

DO NOT GO TO THIS Subway. It's the worst. They are rude to customers. Do not even want to follow their own promotions. Seem to not want to work. I barely go to Subway any more but this put the nail in the coffin for me. Never eating Subway again. This place should be closed since it seems they do not want to work or even care to treat their customers properly. We were supposed to dine in but we were so disgusted with our experience that we didn't want to stay in the store any longer.
