Walked into an empty store and was told they were starting an online order of 8 sandwiches, and that I could wait 20 minutes for them to make mine if I wanted to. I could tell they wanted me to leave so I walked next door and got a Pub Sub instead - won’t be visiting this location ever again.

Made an online order sent my girlfriend to pick up order. They didn’t have the order ready and also wouldn’t start it or let her pick it up because I wasn’t present. She had my id and order number. So she said go ahead start making it he will come and get it. I get there and order hasn’t even been started. No voicemail or anything on the website was made about this new policy. I’ll be going to another subway for now on. Huge waste of time and gas the owner/manager did not seem to care.

Ridiculous Wreck
I've been here once before to get a pickup order about 2 months ago and I came in today and the same people were working and they recognized me :) they were all super nice even though there was a customer a few people ahead of me that was being really annoying. I appreciate that the only small issue I had was able to be resolved in like 2 seconds, with a really nice apology lol. Overall a 10/10 experience, and coupled with my last visit this has now become my go to subway from now on?

My husband and I went here for lunch today (1/9/24) and it was the best subway I’ve been to in my 37 years. I’ve been to many all over the US. It was not only the cleanest we have ever been to, but it also had the nicest employees. Will, and the others working with him today (I’m so sorry my husband asked their names but didn’t remember anyone’s name but Will’s) were so nice and kind and very efficient. I’ve been to many where the workers just didn’t care at all, had the worst attitudes, and were super sloppy while working. These guys today were great! ❤️

Gave me a bag with my sandwiches. Did not put in anything extra Teriyaki sauce that I asked for. The bag was big enough to put 6 sandwiches in but could not find a place to put the sauce.. Return to the SubwayA.Long hard day . Not even sorry. They said it was my fault.

Food's good because it's a chain... but the staff needs massive training on customer service and everything else. They just don't care and exemplify "doing the bare minimum" mentality.
Management is this store was nasty. No bedside manners what so ever.She needs to better herself in managing customers. Never will i go again.I just paid almost $40 on 3 orders and the treatment was horrifying with the manager not the cashier.

Customer Service is a thing of the past... With more than 15 mins time and a printed receipt from an online order, Clear Instructions, there is No Reason why I should have had to spend extra gas and extra time, to go all the way back due to the sandwiches being made wrong. What happened to taking pride in your work and doing everything possible to make sure the customer is happy? Certainly recommend not ordering online if you can help it, if you need to, just check the sandwiches when you pick them up.
