If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst food experience I’ve ever had. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with nothing but rudeness and attitude. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience for even being there. They got my order completely wrong, and when I tried to politely point it out, the person behind the counter didn’t care, she actually even argued with me! I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the staff member who argued with me had a scowl and demeanor, think Wicked Witch of the West, but somehow even less pleasant. I left with now cold food feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked that a place like this is still in business. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

The food at this place is usually decent but the orders are NEVER right. It doesn’t matter if you’re in person or order it online and they’re ALWAYS out of the waffle hash browns and instead of making them unavailable they just give you regular frozen hash browns. I’m tired of giving this place chances. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered through Uber eats, and it doesn’t give meal/combo options but with the price and the pictures showing fries in them we assumed they came with fries. i spent $40 and only got 2 burgers with no fries.

i really just want to say their burger was fantastic. their malted was real good. the fries were fries. eating inside on a saturday evening wasn't happening as it was packed but outdoors was perfect.
Order three cheese burgers and fries. Door dash shows up and says hey this box seems very light is it all here? The lady at Super Sucks Burger spot says yes it’s was correct to just take it.
At my door with one cheeseburger only the door dash lady says she sorry and told them at the restaurant and they again told her it was complete.
Tried calling the number and doesn’t work. Sent Super a message. The immediately respond with your order doesn’t qualify for a refund.
Wife does a review and 5 minutes goes by and what? Refund. Wait then they recharged 20.15 for the one cheese burger and door dash fee.
I then drive to super “not” spot. The employee tells me they knew they were out of fries but Duno. So I now speak with the same young lady that told the driver the order was correct. She then says we refunded your 39.00 and we didn’t charge you back? Door dash would have done that. First off that’s now my problem to deal with door dash? Even though you (super) caused the issue?
If I ran my three businesses like this I would go out of business. Talk about bad customer service your company nailed it.

Ordered delivery my Bacon ceaheese burger had a 4" hair in it. Tried to call but no answer, I learned my lesson be careful on what you order.

Just paid $16 for a double bacon cheeseburger combo. Apparently the only seasoning they use is charcoal. I asked for medium rare, not knowing the meat is the thickness of two stacked nickles. The meat was black, both sides, both patties. Luckily the fries were undercooked, unseasoned and yet also tasted burnt. I ate the burger out of obligation but threw the fries away. You'd be better off at Five Guys ( whom I do not care for ) At least there, the meat isn't charcoal and the fries are good. Total waste of time, money and food ingredients.

The girl at the register on 3/17/24 was awful. It’s really loud in there, so I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. She intentionally does not speak any louder or even respond to questions. I asked if I could get the sauce on the side and she didn’t say anything to me. I said thank you and she didn’t respond. I laughed when I almost forgot my cup and she just looked at me. Lastly, I have never been there before so I didn’t know they text you when your food is ready. The girl at the front didn’t tell me. My husband had to tell me since he had been there before. I didn’t even know there were people in customer service jobs who intentionally make as little effort as possible and try to make the customer feel weird for speaking to them, but now I have met one. She’s going to lose a lot of business for this place. I know I won’t go back if I see her there. The food was decent, but not good enough to put up with being treated like I don’t exist.
