Hands down best sushi in Lakeland. Server was quick, polite, and informative about items I was unsure about. Food came out fast and was the most fresh, flavorful stuff I've had in a while. What we got was well worth the price.(Around $100 for me, my girl and daughter).

Atmosphere good food good service SUCKS! They have one bartender who is making all the drinks and taking all of the orders at the bar and at tables near the bar.. too busy .. wife didn’t get chopsticks or napkins had to ask for these things took too long to order because bartender is apparently the only one working… not coming back due to lousy servce

5/5 Awesome experience, our server was a guy name Matt, he was tap dancing and throwing French and Spanish lango like confetti. Very good food.

Sushi was delicious as always, but Matt really made this a memorable experience! Even though the restaurant was busy he still made sure to check in with us frequently and was very personable. 10/10 experience would recommend

Upon check in I gave the host my name. I was told that the wait would be 25 minutes. We sat and waited. After 35 minutes I went to check to see where we were in line. I was told they tried to call me… I did not get a call. There was never a phone call never a name called nothing. I would highly suggest at least calling the name on the chance that the number was written down wrong by the host. The food came fast, the drinks came never. The establishment seems severely understaffed.

Food was good for a all you can eat. Nothing too crazy. But the service was great. Our server Troy was very nice and witty. He gave great guest service. Made me feel like he was a old friend. Music in the restaurant doesn't match the atmosphere though. Overall would still recommend for the food and service.

This place is always my favorite place to get sushi and with my best friend in town I had to share it with her. Troy our waiter was absolutely amazing and so sweet. My friend said she'll 100% fly back from Pennsylvania just to have him as a waiter again. 20/10 will come back again for Troy.

Had the Salmon Hibachi Lunch. The Salmon was a tad bit dry but the flavor was good, had Fried Rice, that was good. Our server, Troy, was excellent.

My experience of sushi masa of Lakeland Florida was blessed by the aura of one of your fellow employees, Anthony Arduengo.
Unfortunately I wasn't served by him, but his appearance alone made the experience closest to the last supper. I had the all you can eat meal, let's just say that the food was immaculate, almost heavenly and eerily better than general tsos chicken my favorite...WHITE ANTHONY blessed my meal a specificly 2/6/2026 6:57 pm.

We have been a few times the first couple the food and service was great. But the last couple times its been subpar not sure if they dont have enough staff or what but we wont go back after this last time. We did the all you can eat, orders took for ever to come out if they even came out, several times we had to ask after orders and missing items. Had to refill our waters from the bar on our own twice. Ordered our deserts but only 4 of the 5 came out we asked about the 5th one got some some excuse and told it was coming, 15 minutes later we just gave up and left.

Our waiter Anthony was able to attend to every need and when I say every need I mean EVERY need. I heard others call him white Anthony but he was excellent, handsome, and you can see your dreams in his eyes. He did a cartwheel while holding my yummy roll and paid for our whole meal. What a gentleman. A gentle man. A gen tle man. G e n t l e m a n. Nah but fr all jokes aside he was coo.

We have been here twice before we were obsessed so we decided to go the other night. It was very busy so we understood there would be longer wait times as well as the food/ ordering would take longer. To start off there was a younger male who I believe just sat tables. He had an attitude when we asked for the high chair they forgot about. Now the server I don’t remember his name was very sweet. The issue is that he had so many large tables he was way too overwhelmed to catch everything. Our drinks were late, orders were forgotten or not put in or we didn’t get what we ordered and received something else. It was very frustrating to the point we left to go somewhere else for dessert when we love the fried Oreos. I must say I normally wouldn’t tip after that but he was so very nice and you could tell he was worn out so we tipped decent. I think they need more help. I will say the group we went in were unhappy and we won’t be back for a while if we do, which sucks because it was newer to me and I loved it originally.
