So never ate taco bell here but I once at another taco bell I had 2 bad experiences w the cheese, chicken wraps being stingy on the chicken. Not exaggerating. But ate at KFC here thru drive thro and I love love love the food! The only complaint is how small the chicken legs are. I mean they are about half size than what u buy. But the food is excellent and I will always say good things. I just barely get to eat here because it's so expensive.

What a dreary place this is… it’s my third time here and there is a 25 minute wait for food… no one wonder it’s empty in here. Never coming here again. Not sure why but it seems every food place in this part of Lakeland is just overtaken by sub par everything.

Horrible! Got a delivery tonight, ordered 2 crunch wrap Supremes, 12 hard tacos and 1 chicken cantina taco. Order was missing 6 hard tacos, 1 of the crunch wraps and the chicken cantina taco. On top of that, there was only about 1/2 teaspoon of meat inside the tacos and the crunch wrap on had about a teaspoon of meat right in the middle. Then on top of dinner being ruined, Uber tried me my order isn't eligible for a refund?! Tried calling the store and if course no one answers! I've never had such a horrible experience!!!

We went in for the KFC we ordered on the app nonone spoke to us for 15 minutes. It took. Us 30 minutes to get our food. When we asked for plates to eat off of because we waited so long and have 2 children with us we decided to eat in aNd was told you ordered to go I don't have plates. We were given bowls once we put the children food on lids. It was not a friendly environment.

The experience was not great but the drive thru attendant was wonderful. She had energy and communicated well. The food on the other hand was horrible. Ordered 1 taco and it was broken in pieces and the cheese was cold. Nacho fries were so old and hard and had extremely too much seasoning and they tasted like old grease. I could not eat any of it and if it wasn't so much traffic would have come back for a refund. There was also people outside smoking cigars and the smell was very offensive.
In town from Florida and decided to give this place a try. The food is exceptional, tasty, and very fresh. A must try.

Waited inside about 20 minutes. No one would take our order. No one would even speak to us. All employees had dirty looks on their faces. Absolutely will never vist this particular location again. What a shame.

General manager, listen up. I know your employees aren’t going to care much about this review but you need to do something about the night shift on your team. 9/16/24 night shift crew were literally all stoned. I don’t care if you smoke but don’t be intoxicated while working. Went through the drive thru and took me about 10 minutes to just order, Roswald the cashier was looking at me like I was dumb, moving around like a zombie. Every time I said something, it took about 30 seconds for it to register in their head. I had asked to put it on 2 separate orders and when I get to the check out window, they had put it all on 1 order and were looking at me like I was stupid when I asked where was the other order at. When I got the food, i was missing 2 tacos and i had ordered 2 supreme chalupas and they had put just sour cream and meat in it…like what the heck. Ordered 2 large drinks per my receipt, got 2 mediums. Something so simple and they made it into the most frustrating thing ever. If I come by again and they’re working stoned again, I’m calling the cops. I don’t care. It’s annoying and stay sober while you work.
