Horrible experience i went through the drive through. This girl with pink hair was talking crap acting like we couldnt hear her at all . I ordered 2 delux boxes and we had already had our hands tied with a lot of things. So we asked her to put them in a big bag for us knowing it shouldnt be a problem if a customers asks you for a bag my apologies you hate your job enough to talk crap in front of customers all because your lazy.

Wouldn’t tell me her name but whoever was taking orders at 11:20 am with black hair and glasses today was extremely rude, rushed me to order, literally told me to pull up even before I was done ordering. Don’t ask questions either because she was annoyed I asked about a few menu items I wasn’t familiar with. It’s not hard to be kind so this was very disappointing

Taco hell needs to pay more attention to the portions they put in this food. 8 dollars for a taco with a half scoop of grade D meat should be considered robbery. They didn’t forget all the lettuce and cheese tho👌
Service is terrible. They never pay attention that anybody is there. I go in with DD orders all the time. Orders are never on time. HORRIBLE. Young kids with no social skills shouldn't be working, PATHETIC!

Went thru drive through tonight @7:20. Haven't had taco bell in a super long time. I never mind waiting when I see people are busy but I was in this line for almost 15min. When I got to the window the young boy asked me to wait a min, then left for 5 MIN. What the heck?? What are you doing? This explained why I had already been waiting for 8 mins. So finally I get thru stick thinking we'll my food is probably very fresh. NOT! It was cold and mushy. My steak burrito supreme was not supreme. The crunch wraps are soggy. I spent 35$ and wanted to take it back but I worked 12hrs and live 20mins away. I was very disappointed. We have to do better as humans. Lesson learned stay away from taco bell for another few years. Had to edit, forget to.memtion, I did NOT get a receipt.
