I wish I could give this location. Zero stars I’m never eating Taco Bell ever again. I ordered a lux box the lemonade, taste like water iwith a squeeze of lemon. And my beef burrito Had something stuck on it that look like rodent feces. yes rat poop. I’m so grossed out. I’m traumatized. I don’t think I can eat anywhere now.

After waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru , They gave me freezing cold cinnamon delights . After i asked to have them redone I was told they are supposed to be that way . 🙄 And the little girl in the front laughing about the whole situation then saying while putting her fingers all in her mouth “idk what you want me to do “ ugh Worst customer service ever … Save yourself the trip

Probably best taco bell in Lakeland, food is good for taco bell, staff are friendly and actually work. However there's always the occasional homeless dude outside but I don't mind that
They only cared about the drive thru and the wait time is 30 minutes ago and there is only one person working. Meanwhile everyone inside is waiting for their food while everyone in the drive thru is being served. The employees here are terrible. And all of the tables are dirty and haven’t been cleaned. We had to clean them ourselves. This is insane, Taco Bell shouldn’t take 30-40 minutes to make food. It’s a fast food restaurant

My beefy burrito had no beef. It was a bean burrito. Also waited 25 mins for food. The drive through was more important than dine in. Stingy on their beef on everything. If you like lettuce wraps you are good to go.
