Do not waste your time. It smells like dirty rugs, it’s extremely dirty inside, they lose your order and no one addresses the issues at-hand to give you a refund. This store needs better management and food safety practices ASAP.

To the lady on November 12, 2025 with blue hair working the drive-through. I never caught your name. You are so amazing. She deserves a raise of at least three dollars an hour. She is so helpful so sweet. She is so accommodated and she gave me so much hot sauce. I think I might come. This woman is a savior to Taco Bell. We need more Taco Bell workers like her. She made my love for Taco Bell expand three times I am from Tampa and I’m willing to drive the 30 minutes to get there every single time just to have her serve my Taco Bell and lighten my day. You must come to the Taco Bell and you must interact with the woman and whip blue hair at the drive-through, I love her. I love Taco Bell.

I came in kind of late at night and I got to say the best part of my visit was the service provided by Tyler. he made placing my order as easy as possible and made sure it was done in an expeditious manner. if I ever come to Taco Bell and do not see Tyler working I will be devastated, do everything you can to make sure he sticks around.

I understand that your short staffed because taco bell wants to make profit and pay as few people as possible but when my mom was asking for help and you side eye her, look away, and ignore her that's disrespectful on a personal level. You dont need to drop what your doing but a simple ill be with you in a few moments is a bare minimum response.

Went inside for a sit down lunch. Stood at the counter 10 minutes before another customer told us that we needed to use the kiosk. The people working there kept looking over at us never had the courtesy to walk three steps to tell us they don't take orders at the counter.
I was ready to go to MCDONALD'S but my wife dove in to figure out the kiosk. You see, we are dinosaurs, and if ignoring thier senior customers is what they do they don't deserve our business.
It's been six years since I've been to a Taco Bell and don't invision going to a Taco Bell ever again.

I went to taco bell yesterday. And the food was awesome. Some slight unknown smell in the air. And though I base the problem. It was liking walking into a bunch of manicans. I've managed places and I know that if the manager can't keep their employees in a happy go lucky mood, or the staff as a whole in general. It can very much effect a business. And kids don't have it easy in life. And a lot of their time is spent on the job. Everywhere that I managed people love my happy go lucky personality. I am disabled now. And in pain. When I step in any place. THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO SEE! They have some business of customers. But they are slowing and staying away from this business. Is it lack of jobs available to the young adults, lack of inspiration or lack of appreciation and incentives from the company. Somebody needs to figure it out. I cannot be everywhere. These taco employees are doing an awesome job! I see that! But who is responsible for not keeping the atmosphere and pay rate up. Is it the pay rate or unappreciated work ethic. I guess taco bell must not care. Because I am see ratings like this on a lot of their stores. I love their food. Corporation step your butts up to the plate! Before your businesses shut down.

Went last night. Got a luxe box with beefy bean burrito,couldn't find any beef. Gordito was cold and hard and the Cinnabon delites were hard as golf balls. Really disappointed.
