How do I çontact hr or someone above district manager???.. these people hired me and I done a packet saying my strt date was March 8th that's they sent me through email. I kept having to contact the store speaking to different people and each one told me they'd call back at end of day of apologize about not being contacted and they had me redo application because they messed up and told me it'd never happen again and id hear back by 5pm. Again never got a call. I sent the lady my social and id in text cus she asked me to on March 9th , the one and only time anyone had ever contacted me. So I called again told her I redone the application and she seemed annoyed , she told me hold on and then someone else got on phone and confused me with what she was saying, so all I asked was is there anything i needed to do? She said no. Then I got a text saying the we're moving on because they won't take disrespect and told a lie saying I said stuff I didn't. I got all the text arguing with whoever. They told me I was spazzing out and I did nothing. Just asked a question and had no idea it was a bad one. Their boss obviously took their side since ignoring me and like I told them in text. Y'all have to fire me cus y'all hired me.... They argued but text I'll prove. Im mad cus this seems like they just didn't like me....and I got kids take care of and bills to pay. I didn't do applications or job search cus they hired me I was just waiting for them tell me when come to work.

FYI! There are two lines Taco Bell! Drive-thru ans walk ins. You handle them both with same amount of attention. You don't let the people waiting in line in side wait until you fill all the Drive-thru orders. If you expect people to pay such high prices for your food now then have just a bit of courtesy in waiting on them...

Got a Crunchwrap and a cheesy Gordita crunch, both with disgustingly bad chicken. Tiny pieces of dried, rancid meat that look like bits of beef jerky and smelled like dog food. Completely unsafe and embarrassing to even consider serving a paying customer. I'll be skipping this place for good.
Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. You are going to wait 20+ mins even if you order ahead

I am completely disappointed. There was a line full of people in the dining in. There was a line full of people in the drive-through, and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever behind that counter, they just act like we paying customers have all the time in the world really don’t feel appreciated as a customer, or that my concern for my food was being taken care of

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get good portions and great quality. And the other half of the time you get cold stail potatoes, and barely stuffed burritos.
This is the Taco Bell from the commercials. They always get my order right, they always have amazing food, they always genuinely sound like they are excited to be at work, and they are 99% of the time Gen Z.It’s a wonderful, wonderful Taco Bell that I will drive the extra 10-12 mins to go to every, single, time. Forever

Why is it that more than 50 percent of the time, when I order something as a special request, and pay for it . They mess it up.Asking to upgrade a dorito's locos taco to a supreme and they DONT do it is ridiculous how often they miss it. This happens at most locations.
