I used to work at this taco bell so I am seriously disappointed with how my food ends up here every time I decide to get something to eat from here. 9/10 times my order is wrong…like right now I had got myself a combo #2 with no tomatoes, easy enough right? Wrong. I ended up with no tomatoes and a good amount of tomatoes. This would be severely bad if i was allergic and i recommend management nips faulty items in the butt real quick before something actually bad happens. And the service isn’t terrible but every time i go through the drive through the cashiers won’t even talk or acknowledge you (which is something that was drilled into me almost every time i worked there). Please get yourselves together, this is embarrassing.

I work for the fire department, I was in the ambulance an couldn’t go through the drive thru, they refused to serve me if I tired walking through, very disappointed even tho I help the community. A lady with no teeth said no.

this is my main taco bell and most of the time i come here my order is just poorly made. i mean, look at this chalupa; it’s all lettuce. it’s hard and crunchy and it just broke. often times my food is also cold, or smells like a sweaty locker room. i understand this is fast food at minimum wage, but there is just no care at all here, and at other locations as well. this location just happens to be closest to my house but if this continues i’ll make the drive to south florida.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. I joined the drive-thru tonight at 6:15 and was behind 3 cars. 40 minutes later and I arrive to the speaker to order and was told it was going to be 15 mins before they can take my order. I drove straight through the drive through and went across the road to Culver’s and had my food in hand within 5 minutes. The managers at this store really need to hire some more employees and learn how to run a business properly. This isn’t just a one time occurrence, it always takes forever for the staff to take your order here. I won’t be back to this location.

On 5/19/24 at 11:07pm I placed order# 359. Totaling $37.01 after tax.
I was given my food at the drive-through with an apology for the delay. As I arrived home, 15 minutes away, I realized the order was horribly incorrect. I had only received three of the six food items I paid for. Carrying the incorrect order with me, I returned to the store and asked for my entire order to be remade. They refused insisting I return home and eat food that would be nearly an hour old (factoring in the additional wait time at the drive-through) and that they’d only make the food they failed to produce initially. I then asked for a complete refund, as they had not honored their contractual obligation… they still refused, which is illegal under Florida law. Employees said I would have to speak to the GM without offering any viable way of doing so. I will be taking this up with the CFPB if my bank does not back-charge the amount to my debit card.

Well when I came in I was greeted with a sign that says “please order at the kiosk” it looks like an official sign so I doubt it’s because the register was down. While ordering at the kiosk it asks me if I’m dining in or taking out. I selected dining in. And I got a Togo bag.. like everyone else did. Why bother asking me if you’re going to give me the same wasteful bags. Of which I got two for some reason. One item in a bag, that was then placed inside the other items bag. I also had to up and ask for more nacho cheese because they only filled mine maybe half full.
