The gentleman who took my order was extremely nice, I didn't catch his name but he was a young, athletic, buff wrestler type body black man with very short hair and a beautiful face with a glowing smile .... and the order fillers were especially efficient and friendly as well !!! My order was filled and handed to me before I knew it !!!!

THIS IS MY TACO BELL I have been to every single taco bell in Lakeland multiple times and I can confidently say this one is always the best for me. I always get the 5 dollar clasic lux box and swap the crunchy for a soft shell and no nacho cheese on the 5 layer burrito and they always get it perfect. I wouldn't listen to half of these other reviews, it's clear people are a little delusional when they expect cheap food to be high quality??? I would say the quality is better than the competition at that sub $10 price point like McDonald's. I usually come after 9pm, but sometimes during the day, the line always moves fast, I'm talking like 5 minutes even with a line around the building, the 3 or so ladies that take turns at window different nights are all friendly but obviously prioritize being fast so not much conversation which is to be expected. Anyways to the workers reading this, thank you for the food and my baha blast 🙏

I used to work at this taco bell so I am seriously disappointed with how my food ends up here every time I decide to get something to eat from here. 9/10 times my order is wrong…like right now I had got myself a combo #2 with no tomatoes, easy enough right? Wrong. I ended up with no tomatoes and a good amount of tomatoes. This would be severely bad if i was allergic and i recommend management nips faulty items in the butt real quick before something actually bad happens. And the service isn’t terrible but every time i go through the drive through the cashiers won’t even talk or acknowledge you (which is something that was drilled into me almost every time i worked there). Please get yourselves together, this is embarrassing.

I work for the fire department, I was in the ambulance an couldn’t go through the drive thru, they refused to serve me if I tired walking through, very disappointed even tho I help the community. A lady with no teeth said no.

this is my main taco bell and most of the time i come here my order is just poorly made. i mean, look at this chalupa; it’s all lettuce. it’s hard and crunchy and it just broke. often times my food is also cold, or smells like a sweaty locker room. i understand this is fast food at minimum wage, but there is just no care at all here, and at other locations as well. this location just happens to be closest to my house but if this continues i’ll make the drive to south florida.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. I joined the drive-thru tonight at 6:15 and was behind 3 cars. 40 minutes later and I arrive to the speaker to order and was told it was going to be 15 mins before they can take my order. I drove straight through the drive through and went across the road to Culver’s and had my food in hand within 5 minutes. The managers at this store really need to hire some more employees and learn how to run a business properly. This isn’t just a one time occurrence, it always takes forever for the staff to take your order here. I won’t be back to this location.
