It's Taco Bell it was late and we just needed something to eat. Apparently they're drive-thru has AI taking the orders and luckily it prints up on screen when you're ordering so you can see what the AI ordered.

Did I dine in takeout or Get delivery? Ha ha ha I did nothing at all. I went in there and it smelt like nasty Dumpster every single table was not cleaned. It was hilarious when I read another review saying there Quesadilla wasn’t cut what’s even funnier is they at least had one cut in it mine doesn’t get cut at all and this has happened on multiple occasions. I never write reviews like ever but damn I couldn’t eat there because of how disgusting It smelled No tables cleaned so I was 100% sure that the food couldn’t be sanitary. Maybe they are understaffed because it wasn’t busy at all either way this needs to get figured out because it’s the closest Taco Bell to me.

This is by far one of the most dirtiest stores I've been in. Staff is having to much loud fun when the store needs serious attention. This will be a store I avoid in the near future if I'm in this area. Clearly management does not have staff under control.

We came in for dinner, it was me, my husband and our two kids. Then a friend and his two kids. The second we walked in, the worker looked straight at us and loudly said “oh great, a large family” (understandable but say it under your breath at least??) and then what sounded like “we know how this is gonna go” which whatever, he’s too immature to say it quietly, whatever. But they thought I was taking my food to go so I’m assuming that’s why he also completely smothered my food in sauce since he was the one making it as well. Trust me, I did my time at Taco Bell. I know how it is. I never acted like that though.

Store 6780 Taco Bell is disgusting. Floors were filthy with old cheese, beef, and lettuce crumbs everywhere, like they hadn’t been cleaned since the day before. Tables and chairs were dirty throughout the entire restaurant, even though they had just opened for the day. The windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. There were two managers sitting in the lobby at a table with a laptop, talking, while the restaurant was in this condition. Worst part is the strong mold/poop smell that hits you as soon as you walk in strong enough to completely kill your appetite. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the worst taco bell in Lakeland by far. I left without my order after seeing the employee dig in her braids and go back to preparing a burrito 🤮 the whole staff working tonight should go in the trash
