My wife and I both got a crunchwarp supreme and neither one had anything in them but a spoonful of meat and maybe a sprinkle of cheese. Mostly nothing but shell and certainly not what the commercial shows. Never again

I’ve been a super fan of Taco Bell for almost all of the 40 years I’ve been on this planet. This was close to, if not the, worst I’ve had to date. Furthermore, I have decided to stop patronizing the TB anymore given the absolutely ridiculous prices. $18 for a quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a regular drink. They’re starting to use AI in the drive through too. Cutting costs, jacking prices. I can go to a sitdown restaurant and pay the same amount for a better all around meal. This has gotten well outside of sanity.

On this stop. I did my order with the there App. Pick up in the drive thru. All went well. They were very friendly.
Now why the heck am I paying damn near $7 almost $8 for a quesadilla that’s not even cut and is clearly not filled properly…??? It wasn’t even busy when we got there, so im not understanding why it wasn’t at the least made properly for BOTH. Should get my money back tbh cause ik I didn’t order no half chicken half cheese quesadilla. This location has gone downhill badly!!
Came to update: my husband found either a roach, ant or tiny insect in the bottom of my drink. Absolutely disgusting.

The AI machine couldn’t take two separate orders. No one was at the first window, and when we got to the second window they refused to just walk over and take our order. Manager was rude. Had to go inside where they were a mess and took forever to get our food. Very poor service.

It's obvious to me corners are being cut, and pocket books are getting fatter for the *Boss*. Please practice better business ethics and realize this is NOT a great business move. Your customers DO NOT want this. Thank you.
