I have tried this Taco Bell three times and all three times it's been this way. My order was incorrect and when I say incorrect I ordered my items with beans replacing the meat and it had meat every time. The people are rude when I asked for corrected products. The restaurant is always nasty as well. Choose another Taco Bell!

Pregnant lady in the window give the wrong food and then doesnt event pay attention when taking orders, she messed my order all the way up, you have one job. Never asked what kind of sauce just piled a bunch of random ones.

Super nice. They were out of the tenders and replaced them with approval and gave us a large starry.
Used to be the best location in town, but the last few times I've gone, the service has dropped. The mexican pizza tasted like extremely old oil, but I could handle that. The real issue was that it was a task and a half to get my cup from a team member who kept assuming I was with some other customer and pointing at him when I had to ask for my cup. Once I convinced them that I did indeed pay for a drink of my own, every flavor of soda tasted like burnt rubber! It wasn't like a syrup or ⁰2 shortage, it definitely tasted like it was unsafe to drink. So I wasted the $3 cup that was a quest to get, as it was.
Everywhere is doing so badly right now, this TB could stand out just by having fresh food once in a while, or a clean drink machine. The attitude from staff, I can give or take since the economy is bad enough and they don't get paid enough. Improvement somewhere is sorely needed though

The employees at this establishment are horrible. Don’t know a LICK of customer service. My cashier Lindsey was rude and nasty and still got my order all kinds of wrong. When I called up there to complain the manager literally started laughing into the phone. Shows why that store is going downhill the last few times I’ve gone there.
