Service is always hit or miss. You either get someone eager and excited or someone that is clearly only there to collect a paycheck and could care less to interact with the customers.

I'm not one to put negative reviews but my experience I just had was absolutely horrid, the drive thru employee Tasha was super rude about my mom's and I's confusion about the happy hour drinks. Every time we have gotten happy hour drinks at a large have been a $1 and today we did not receive it and instead of trying to help figure out the confusion she fought with us and was super rude. I called the store and informed them and they informed me that only the mediums are $1 but there's no other posted information just $1 drinks. Completely unacceptable.

Disgustingly dirty. Soap dispensers dont work in restroom. A truck stop is cleanwr than this...we walked right out not eating at a place that looks like this. Manager was too busy claping her hands n talking anothet kid stuck on his phone...terrible service

In drive thru. Manager taking orders rushing you to take order then to ring up and charge you for the wrong food. Argues with you as you call and complain. Not worth the money for almost dog food.

Was trying to pay cash but couldn't with app so I asked for gift card to put cash on and pay through app, but person at register wouldn't let me get a 5$ gift card. Said had to be 10 and up. There was a sign right there advertising the gift card from 5 and up! I left

Great store! Didn’t talk to the staff just due to ordering at the kiosk but they were amazing. We had a decently large order that was a bit complicated but they wrote on the papers labeling each item, all the food items were correct, and the food was fresh and very good! Better than most Taco Bell’s in
I understand this isn't their problem but I ordered a meal from another store in Lakeland and asked for no sour cream on my meal. Drove 15 minutes into my 1hr drive and noticed my meal has sour cream. This location was right in view so I decided to stop in to ask for an exchange. Not a freebee, and I know my order would have to be trashed. Was told I would have to go back to the original store of purchase to get my order corrected.
Again I get that it wasn't their fault, but customer service goes a long way. Very unhappy with my experience today.
