Used to be the best location in town, but the last few times I've gone, the service has dropped. The mexican pizza tasted like extremely old oil, but I could handle that. The real issue was that it was a task and a half to get my cup from a team member who kept assuming I was with some other customer and pointing at him when I had to ask for my cup. Once I convinced them that I did indeed pay for a drink of my own, every flavor of soda tasted like burnt rubber! It wasn't like a syrup or ⁰2 shortage, it definitely tasted like it was unsafe to drink. So I wasted the $3 cup that was a quest to get, as it was.
Everywhere is doing so badly right now, this TB could stand out just by having fresh food once in a while, or a clean drink machine. The attitude from staff, I can give or take since the economy is bad enough and they don't get paid enough. Improvement somewhere is sorely needed though

The employees at this establishment are horrible. Don’t know a LICK of customer service. My cashier Lindsey was rude and nasty and still got my order all kinds of wrong. When I called up there to complain the manager literally started laughing into the phone. Shows why that store is going downhill the last few times I’ve gone there.

All my food loaded with sour cream that was ordered with no sour cream. I guess I should have checked before leaving but I also assumed a bunch of grown adults knew how to read a screen and follow their step by step process of making food.

Overpriced, under portion tacos. Paid $12 for a taco, a wrap, a drink and cinnamon twist. Too much money spent for leaving a restaurant still hungry.
Tonight is my second visit at this place , Taco Bell its one of my favorite places to go when I’m hungry but in this one , they need to fire them all starting from the manager , the manager it’s a very nasty women , she don’t care about customers, I drive there and I found the place all dirty the bathrooms floors tables and I told her what happening here nobody is cleaning and she told me,This is not your house get the food and go if you not like it, and she start laughing with the other guy and one other lady start making comments like hahahaha , this is the worse experience in my life I never go back to this place and I not recommend this place like a costumer to anybody,. Especially this night shift from tonight and employee don’t care about nothing there cause they need a good manager. On my 10 to 15 minute visit , I see an old man , walking away cause a bad service, and a lady in line talking about the wait to long and the bad experience,. It’s really bad this place . They need to do an investigation on this place and get new employees with good customer service. Thank you
