Total crap hole . Spent 5 mins trying to find a worker in the store placed a order at machine outfront. Never found anyone doors unlocked and had to fight to have charges removed from my credit card

The last few times I have went, I didn't have to wait a long time in the drive thru. The customer service was friendly and they are never rude to me. I just ordered the new toasted Street chalupas and they were very yummy and had plenty of toppings. Sometimes they are out of things but that's about my only complaint as of recent.

There was a baby roach/insect in the wrapper of my burrito. Would have gotten a better picture, but it started crawling away. Never eating here again

This used to be a great taco bell. But I don't know what's been going on. The last few months, the food is still always good and fresh. However, the service has declined and the workers are rude and they always seem to be out of stuff. Like bags drinks etc.

Food is fine, but if you put in a mobile order at any time of the day, you'd best have two full business days to wait. The staff will completely and totally ignore you as if they are trained to do so, she trained very well.

Service is always hit or miss. You either get someone eager and excited or someone that is clearly only there to collect a paycheck and could care less to interact with the customers.

I'm not one to put negative reviews but my experience I just had was absolutely horrid, the drive thru employee Tasha was super rude about my mom's and I's confusion about the happy hour drinks. Every time we have gotten happy hour drinks at a large have been a $1 and today we did not receive it and instead of trying to help figure out the confusion she fought with us and was super rude. I called the store and informed them and they informed me that only the mediums are $1 but there's no other posted information just $1 drinks. Completely unacceptable.
