Service is always hit or miss. You either get someone eager and excited or someone that is clearly only there to collect a paycheck and could care less to interact with the customers.
Great store! Didn’t talk to the staff just due to ordering at the kiosk but they were amazing. We had a decently large order that was a bit complicated but they wrote on the papers labeling each item, all the food items were correct, and the food was fresh and very good! I went here about a week ago and I ordered at the kiosk. I wanted to pay cash so I waited at the counter. They were obviously busy so I waited to get someone's attention, eventually one guy said hold on be right with you. Waited about 10 minutes and 5 customers later and still no help (only 1 drive through customer went by mind you). A group of people enters and they are friends with an employee which she helped them all with food before any of them even finished their order...
