The last few times I have went, I didn't have to wait a long time in the drive thru. The customer service was friendly and they are never rude to me. I just ordered the new toasted Street chalupas and they were very yummy and had plenty of toppings. Sometimes they are out of things but that's about my only complaint as of recent.
Service is always hit or miss. You either get someone eager and excited or someone that is clearly only there to collect a paycheck and could care less to interact with the customers.
Great store! Didn’t talk to the staff just due to ordering at the kiosk but they were amazing. We had a decently large order that was a bit complicated but they wrote on the papers labeling each item, all the food items were correct, and the food was fresh and very good!
