The guy making the food barely put meat in the burritos Supreme 🌯 thinnest I've ever seen but he did that with all the food I ordered he needs to be retrained or fired spent 40.00 dollar and no return however. I was there a week before and the food was delicious and done right ,but whoever that young man was that was working when I came back a week later is a weak link on your staff and is making it look bad for everyone else that works there you should figure out who that is.......

This is the only taco Bell I will eat at. It's so busy and the food is always good. Other stores that aren't as busy The food doesn't taste the same as this one which makes me think it's old or reused but this one is always fresh.

The speaker for the drive thru is at a very quiet volume so it was hard to hear the worker, but even despite that they were able to get my order perfectly and the food was out quick even for a large order for 5 people!

Go out of my way just for this taco bell. I come here often and always great customer service, good presentation on food and never once has my complicated order been messed up. The lady im not sure her name but she works 10pm shift she is very nice and always makes my night just a little bit better. Best Taco Bell in

That was the first time I had had Taco Bell in over a year and the food was made the worst that I've ever seen in my life. There was barely any meat, cheese, tomatoes and that was with us paying even more than normal price. But whenever I called the next day and complained about it they did have me come up there and bring my receipt and they remade all of our food items for us with no problems.

We were very patient but we were waiting for almost 30 minutes for our order all because they were out of some ingredients but didn’t even bother to tell us. Just waited for us to come up to them like it’s our job to make sure the food is made. Almost asked for a refund because we wanted to eat somewhere else but then we finally got the food and it was NOT worth $40. Cheese quesadilla barely had anything in it plus it was super messy, all the 25 cent sour cream got all on my hands from reaching in the bag. Why is a small piece of tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese $7?!?!? Did not receive the right sauces, the food was just depressing and we were extremely disappointed. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell since 2020 and I won’t be back again lmfao

When I walked in there today I stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone acknowledged me and then on top of that the guy making the food messed up my entire order and I didn’t realize he did until I got to my destination and I went to eat and drove all the way back to the store
I ordered from the app. It automatically choose the location of store. It was the wrong location. I never picked up food I contacted customer service and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for a refund

I would give them NO STARS but I didn't have that option. This place SUCKS!! I ordered a number 10 and a number 6 and specifically told them how I wanted them made and they asked me twice and repeated the order back and it was STILL ALL MESSED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSES BAG IN OURS!! I paid almost 50 dollars and the manager guy with the beard was very rude!! That is why I haven't been there in a while!! Even the managers can't get the order right.

Waited at the speaker box for 15 minutes until pulling up to the window to see 3 employees just standing around. When we asked if we could order they told us to go back to the speaker box. We informed them that we had been waiting there and they said they just saw us pull around. We left and went to BK.
