Today I visited your location to pick up my order. I paid for extra chicken, but when I received my food, it was immediately clear that there was not extra meat included. I have ordered this same meal multiple times before without any issues, so this was unusual.
I went back inside politely to explain the situation, and a manager was called to assist. Instead of listening and resolving the issue professionally, she became argumentative and insisted the portion was correct. She brought out a scale and stated the chicken weighed 6 grams. However, when she reweighed the chicken in a bowl that appeared dirty, it showed 4 grams.
Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue appropriately, she threw my entire bowl in the trash in front of me with an attitude and without any apology. I then had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a replacement bowl. When I received the new bowl, the chicken was undercooked.
Additionally, I observed a roach near the front of the kitchen area. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and food safety concerns do not reflect the standards customers expect. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
I would appreciate follow-up regarding this incident.

The fried rice and chicken was delicious and healthy, assuming you don’t go crazy with the sauce. I got the large chicken breast bowl and it was a massive portion of chicken and rice for not much money. Definitely recommend.

Ordered via door dash several times. Fist couple times it was good but the last few times has been horrible. Tonight 11/18 I got a regular chicken bowl with noodles. It was DARK meat, I hate dark meat. I took the chicken off and the noodles were stale and some hard like they had been sitting around for a while. The place is only 10mins from my house. I did direct to me delivery. I'm done wasting my money there.

Super easy, quick pick up place! I always stop here for lunch when I’m working and I have limited time. Food is always good. I always get the Tofu teriyaki bowl with edamame and it’s always good! Staff is also always kind and friendly!

I typically actually really like this place but this is the second time my food has been almost not edible. The first time I couldn’t eat at all it had so much teriyaki sauce on it I just had to throw the whole thing away, this time, all my rice is one big ball of mush, I can’t even get it to separate. How does that happen when you’re know for chicken and rice? You should be able to tell when making the bowl that the rice is way over cooked and not to serve it to people but I guess when it’s a to go order it probably doesn’t matter to them or the service industry in general is just disappointing, they don’t care what it looks or tastes like as long as their not eating it.

Pieces of cabbage in the steak bowl were inedible, hard as a rock. Fried rice was a $1.50 up charge. Punishment for drinking ice water as you get a 7oz cup.

Food was brought out to our table hot. Can’t go wrong with the sticky white rice or fried rice; both were tasty! The egg roll and their empanada-like crab rangoon were yummy too! Plenty of seating available inside or on the cute patio. Adding Teriyaki Madness to the dine out rotation!

I ordered the large steak terriyaki to go. No utensils or napkins. I checked my order before I left. It was $20 and some change. For being the large, the portion of rice was small about 1/3 of the bowl. I had steak left with nothing to eat it with. Rice is not that expensive and for what I paid out, I would think there would have been more. People are frequenting your establishment for the experience and trust they will be taken care of. From my perspective it was like you are trying to save on your overhead. Not the best way to build your customer base.

The mad spicy chicken teriyaki bowl was pretty good, the heat was just right and the flavor was better than the regular teriyaki.

Went for lunch on a Sat. Fairly small dining area. Atmosphere was blah - very quiet, no music playing - only 4 ppl in whole place and food took at least 15-20 min. Food was surprisingly flavorful, and that was best part.
