My office ordered lunch, the egg rolls we ordered were not up to the high standards we've come to enjoy & expect from this store. The owner/GM made it right immediately. Our disappointment in this order provided an opportunity for more training for the customer service team who did not resolve the problem. Hence being elevated to the owner. This is a wonderful DT Lakeland spot for fast, delicious teriyaki! We'll continue to frequent this location.

False Promises and Poor Follow-Through
Really disappointed with how this restaurant handles any issues. I had a problem with a previous order and, instead of a refund since they dont do that, they promised to add a free bowl to my rewards account as compensation. I was okay with that at the time. But when I returned to redeem it, I was told there was no such reward on my account and that they can't offer me the free bowl. So basically, they made a promise they didn’t keep—and wasted my time.
If you ever run into an issue here, be cautious. Don’t rely on their word unless you get something in writing or see it in your account. Really frustrating experience. And im now seeing the reviews which was my fault for not having checked before going but this place is utterly disappointing.
Edit: replying to whoever is in charge of these replies, that wasn't the problem for the order so dont go saying things just to save yourself on the internet. The protein wasn't the problem it was the base( I ordered for FRIED RICE, GOT CHARGED FOR IT AND GOT WHITE INSTEAD) so don't go lying because now you're looking like a company that is not truly honest.

Teriyaki Madness is a great restaurant, they have high quality meat and you can tell the noodles are fresh. The cashier helping me had a smile on his face even after several questions. The food is almost a steal with its great value and authentic taste. There are plenty of televisions playing shows and such and great music. Will be coming back again!

I would put 0 stars if that was possible. Waited for 45 minutes when there was no one at the restaurant. When I went to the counter to ask, they had left the order in to go under the wrong name. We were sitting in front of the counter the whole time and no one thought to double check our order. I requested a refund and they denied our request when their service was clearly unacceptable. Never going back. Worst part, the manager was the one that took our order.

The Beauty Plug
I just left there. After spending $25 I honestly want to throw my plate away. The girl at the front wore NO GLOVES with long fingernails…she kept picking things up off the floor, I saw her wipe her nose with her hand and bag a customers order right after. Then she was moping and the head of the mop…the part that touches the floor broke off the mop and she picked up with her bare hands and long nails and packed my order! She NEVER washed her hands or put her hand in a glove at any point! She was also coughing around the order area without covering her mouth. This is how sickness gets spread around. I am DISGUSTED & will not be returning. Wash your hands and wear some gloves!

Good food but they need more help. I’ve currently been waiting on my food for 45 mins when I was given an ETA of 15 mins. They appear to put delivery orders ahead as I was asked several times if I was picking up a DoorDash order. I paid ahead so I couldn’t just leave. Very disappointed as I like the food but I’m not a big fan of wasting my time.
I hope Santa gives you a better business than you have. What a stellar interaction as an owner

First time visiting! After an evening walk- no one was there. I ordered teriyaki bowl with fried rice and sat in.. i was thinking at some point I thought I ordered fried rice and looked at the ticket, in the midst of eating I went up and let the cashier know I ordered fried rice and you gave me white rice just refund the difference- $1.50 up charge, my order was $15.50 for the jr steak bowl with fried rice. She said she did not know how to do it, she was going to tell someone in the back, I said I will be sitting here, I wanted to just finish my food since I was almost done. A young lady from the back comes over after time with fried rice, I told her no I don’t won’t anymore rice I can’t eat all this, she said she could not give a refund but can give a voucher. I am telling her I just came from a walk I am not trying to eat all this, and I said I guess I can taste the fried rice since you brought it out, it was very hot. I was pretty much finish with my bowl with some white rice left from my dinner as that was enough and I was full. I went back up as I was leaving asking where is the voucher, she went and got the same young lady from the back and she said well you ate some of the rice, I am like I did taste the fried rice since you brought it to the table, I did not ask for more rice, I asked for the refund for the up charge since I had already been eating the white rice, you just brought this fried rice to the table after the fact and said you can’t give a refund but a voucher, then she said she told me it was a quick fix?? I left the rice there as I did want more rice and then she lied about saying she told me it was a quick fix when I did not even see her until she came later with the fried rice as I was finishing my bowl. Her name is Leslie, that was a bad experience and very unnecessary of her making that up. Poor service.

Great food and service with a smile. Was very happy with my meal and it was at a great value. The Spicy Chicken and Steak Bowl with Veggies is definitely the way to go! Chicken had a decent spice level and steak was cooked really well. Very enjoyable meal.
