My office ordered lunch, the egg rolls we ordered were not up to the high standards we've come to enjoy & expect from this store. The owner/GM made it right immediately. Our disappointment in this order provided an opportunity for more training for the customer service team who did not resolve the problem. Hence being elevated to the owner.
This is a wonderful DT Lakeland spot for fast, delicious teriyaki! We'll continue to frequent this location.

Teriyaki Madness is a great restaurant, they have high quality meat and you can tell the noodles are fresh. The cashier helping me had a smile on his face even after several questions. The food is almost a steal with its great value and authentic taste. There are plenty of televisions playing shows and such and great music. Will be coming back again!

Good food but they need more help. I’ve currently been waiting on my food for 45 mins when I was given an ETA of 15 mins. They appear to put delivery orders ahead as I was asked several times if I was picking up a DoorDash order. I paid ahead so I couldn’t just leave. Very disappointed as I like the food but I’m not a big fan of wasting my time.
