I will never eat a burger from here again. I ordered a mushroom Swiss with mayo and some fries. Half the fried in the bag were burnt and the burger had no mayo, the burger itself was really dry and hard. No moisture anywhere. I got sick after eating it. Sorry but that was an awful experience.

Order through Uber and receive Food. Hamburgers looked and tasted like they were at least a day old. Could not even hardly bite into the meat. Not edible. Uber refunded my whole order for three non-edible hamburgers. I will never order from there again.

Me and my wife went on December 1st and we were greeted by Jessica! She was also our server. While the hamburger was slightly overcooked (I prefer rare), the food was still amazing. Jessica showed extreme hospitality towards me and my wife, and she was very friendly. Me and my wife go barefoot due to health & religious reasons, and we were allowed entry, and no one said anything mean to us about it. We'll come back for sure! Thanks, Jessica for your amazing service! God Bless you guys!!

I haven’t been to a Smoky Bones in some time. Though I would give it a try. They have lost focus on cleanliness, broken hand sanitizer on the wall, with dried drips running down. The ribs were good the baked beans outstanding, the coleslaw was warm on top and chilled on the bottom indicating it was sitting out far to long. The chilly was terrible, chunks of lukewarm fat and white raw white onion mixed in as an after thought. Had to send my bill back twice to make it right. It’s time to upgrade the management and cleaning practices.

The cornbread and pulled meat were awesome! Courtney took excellent care of us. We had a fun lunch topped off with super rich chocolate cake. Very glad we stopped there!

My wife and I stopped by here for a late lunch while on our way to Walt Disney World in the Orlando/Kissimee area. I had the 1/3 lb BLT with coleslaw. The both were good however, they weren't anything special to rave about. My wife, who is much more into BBQ than I am, said her beef brisket tasted good but was too dry and her mac & cheese tasted good but it wasn't creamy and was too thick like paste. She did say her ribs were very good and they fell off the bone. The service was excellent. Overall, we rated this place as average since there are a number of other places that we feel have much better BBQ.

Came in with some friends and had Courtney as our server. She definitely entertained our group and every suggestion from our sexy margs (lol) to our amazing strawberry shortcake Sunday was on point. We will all be going back and asking fir her every Friday

We both had the brisket platter - perfectly cooked - beautiful bark - and really no need for sauce due to a nice smokey taste. The wife had brocolli and cole slaw as her sides and I had fries and baked beans - some of best in town and nice chunks of burnt ends. We each had an iced tea. Our server was superb! Check the website for daily specials and you can save some serious cash, but please remember to tip your waiter or waitress on the full value of the meal before discount. We live on the South side, but it is worth the trip. You won’t leave hungry or disappointed.

Smokey Bones in Lakeland, FL had excellent BBQ! I had pulled pork, my husband had pulled chicken, my Dad had ribs, and my Mom had a bacon cheeseburger. They were all delicious. For an appetizer, we had the skillet cornbread, which was sweet and yummy. All the sides we tried were great: cole slaw, fresh corn, steamed broccoli, and baked beans. They offer all the typical BBQ sides. There were four different choices of BBQ sauce on the table, so whatever kind of sauce you prefer, they have it. For dessert we tried the banana pudding and the chocolate cake. They serve humongous portions, so one dessert order is good for two people. The pudding and the cake were both rich and decadent. The service at Smokey Bones was friendly and attentive.

The food was very bland. We ordered off the lunch menu. We had the pulled pork which was chewy and tasteless. We also ordered the smoked chicken breast. It had to have been the SMALLEST chicken breast I have ever seen! I would have been ashamed to serve it. We got no drink refills and waited 20+ minutes for our check. This was our first and last time eating at Smokey Bones. Very little food for the money! We will go to Sunny's from now on.

We went around 3 or 4 so crowds were not there. The menu had many interesting things to try. We were very pleased and went back a few weeks later after doctors appointment. Still enjoyed it. Not as noisy as many.

This entire business needs to be SHUT DOWN by the Health Department. They serve day old reheated in temped food. They are a ghost kitchen serving out dated food perhaps they think they are feeding Corpse! DO NOT waste your money. I work in the area and treated my staff I lost my money and my workers cause they were all sick and the manager would not discuss so I am calling the Health Department
