Food is alright but unless you’re already in the area and craving one of their burgers, it’s not worth the trip. Even then you can get a better burger anywhere else downtown. Also, greedy owners. If you pay by credit card they charge you more because they include the convenience fee. Nobody carries cash anymore.

The food was just okay and not worth the price. The restaurant itself is nice and in a great location in Lakeland, but the quality of the food doesn’t match the cost. It honestly tasted like frozen food heated up and served.

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at The Chop Shop! We both had burgers, and they were absolutely some of the best we've had in a very long time. Special thanks to our cook, Gage, for an amazing meal. We will definitely be back!

I have to be honest, my review is mainly due to the girl that worked here when I stepped in here. It's been several years since I came here. I told the girl she was about the prettiest girl I've ever seen. I was staying in this area because of a job I was assigned nearby.
The food here was awesome. The girl working the counter was extremely friendly and polite. (I may or may not have developed a crush. lol...) I loved the decor when I came in.
Anyway, I came in here late at night and I'd definitely eat here again if I came back to this area.
They were definitely a bit pricey, but when it comes to downtown area's you learn to expect that.

Honestly, the place looks nice, but the prices are outrageous. I could get 2 mels elsewhere for the price of one meal here, and honestly, I wasn't impressed with the food. I paid for my friend and I so it ended up being a heftly bill. Atmosphere is okay but I just can't give them anything better because they didn't have a meal I saw cheaper than 15.99, and they only had one option I liked to begin with. I paid 16.99 for chicken fingers. They do have a nice place for dogs to come to, but they make you order inside even if you have dogs. I went inside to ask and they sent someone outside only to tell us to go inside and buy the meals. Very counter-productive. At the price they charge, it should be free table service.

First time coming here. Kim was our server. She did a great job of giving us a tour of the menu and she was very knowledgeable. I got the keto Philly and my girl got the bad burger both were delicious. We will be back.

Love the atmosphere! No table service around lunch time, not very busy. Food came out fast. This place is now one of my fav burger places. Flame grilled, not overly seasoned. It was very delicious, cooked perfectly and juicy.
