What an awesome experience! We attended the Achievement Academy Top Chef Event and won the Private Chef dinner for 4 auction item donated by the Cultivated Pig! They came out to our house and made an amazing 3 course meal paired with a Hugo spritz and Red Wine! The Tomahawk Wagyu Steak was cooked to perfection and the chocolate
Mousse dessert was to die for. Not only did they cook and provide great company but they also left the kitchen spotless! Thanks Kevin and Jimmy for an awesome evening.

Lovely atmosphere in the heart of downtown and with live music. The food was great just wished they had sweeter condiment options for the BBQ. We gave some feedback to the owner and he’s a nice guy who wants to make his business better. We’ll definitely try different menu items next time!

Brisket taco was very tasty. Will certainly be back for a full dinner, the menu is incredible. A new Gem of Lakeland. Not your ordinary normie BBQ.

A hidden gem in downtown Lakeland! The loaded Mac with pulled pork was heavenly and a perfection portion to share. We also tried the pork belly taco and brisket taco, which were my favorites. Both incredibly juicy, tender and packed with flavor. We ordered at the window and had the option of indoor or outdoor seating, but ultimately chose outside to enjoy the atmosphere and live music. Definitely recommend stopping by!!

I was drawn to the window at the Catapault building, Main Street, next to the Joinery, because of the slow cooker in the driveway. Both owners were there and I began to ask them what they were smoking. They explained that they were smoking the pastrami, which they had been preparing for 2 weeks. They only sold the pastrami on Thursdays because of their process. So, I went back the next day and purchased the slices of pastrami, with 2 sides. The pastrami, which fell apart with just the fork, rivaled the best in NYC! It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it! Highly recommended by this NYC transplant!

I enjoyed my lunch at The Cultivated Pig! I had a brisket sandwhich and street corn. The weather outside was great and I got to eat on the patio. Highly encourage people to come try this new restaurant.
