PAID $130 for this event, unable to attend due to a sick child. Called all day to attempt to cancel. Did not ask to be refunded to my card, asked to transfer to a gift card (since I understand it’s a small business) for the restaurant and was told “too late, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy” …yet this supposed policy is listed nowhere on their website or social media. This is why restaurants like this don’t last in Lakeland. Sub par food & even worse customer service.
Had the pleasure of experiencing The Peach House for my birthday dinner, and it did not disappoint!! Great well thought out smaller menu, but covered all bases!! Cocktails were exceptionally good, Appetizers were amazing, Main course was Delicious, Steak frites are the best in Lakeland by far, and Jambalaya was the perfect mixture to keep you wanting just one more bite. We shared the Brûlée Key Lime Pie with house made whipped cream and it was better than I’ve had in Key West!!...read full review
