I have spent thousands of dollars on this franchise. I ordered two different smoothies that I always get. Both had to be remade. Both were still not good the second time, albiet different. This entire franchise needs to do training on how to make a smoothie CONSISTENTLY. They arent cheap and theyre not quick, so at the very least, there should be quality.

Met a friend for after work smoothies. I got the chocolate banana something or other. It was actually really good. There was no one else in the store when we arrived. We ordered and didn't hear any blenders going for a hot minute. I was wondering if anyone was working in the back. Eventually I heard them making or smoothies. It was so cold in there that we eventually got up and went outside.

We use to come here all the time. Then I believe they hired some new help, and things went down hill. Kept getting wrong orders, food not made right, lack of ingredients, burnt food, and a more serious issue which I will not list here at this time. Seems they hired new workers around Oct/Now, specifically one newer lady who was becoming repeating rude with guests. Assuming she was new since I never saw her before, then she was there quite often. Trash the past few times was never picked up and was overflowing. I sent a complaint in online for each order that was burnt, made wrong, etc...and never heard nothing back. This use to be the better of the locations.. We have been trying different places instead since never heard nothing back after numerous attempts to correct the errors.

Ordered a wrap online. Went to pick up, it’s the wrong wrap. I took it back thinking they would simply remake it, but instead they had me wait five minutes for my original wrap which had been sitting on the counter the whole time and was now cold. This was just this past Saturday. Like how hard was it for yall to do your job and make another wrap? That was completely avoidable and inexcusable. Pure laziness. Wasn’t even busy at the time.

Smoothies taste the best at the Bartow location. In comparison, the smoothies at this shop have more ice, are less sweet, and fruit tastes like its not quite ripe. I still stop here from time to time, but it could take some tips from their Bartow location.

Never have I had an acai bowl frozen solid and told that's how it is supposed to be. Very disappointing. Please go to Planet Smoothie, Tea Largo, Bahia Bowl, literally ANYWHERE else in Lakeland that serves bowls and see the difference. Inedible. Hard as a rock. Broke a plastic knife.

About half the time I get a acaí bowl from this location the base is frozen solid like it was prepared the night before. Some staff I like other staff members are completely immature and make sexual jokes on a regular loud enough for customers to hear. Also whoever is cutting the fruit is using the same cutting board or knife that they are using to cut onions and it's disgusting I have literally thrown away full bowls because of how bad the acaí bowl has been, yesterday morning the banana was completely destroyed like I cant think of a better way to describe it besides completely inedible. One time there the granola was soaked in honey and it was definitely on purpose. My last name is Cummings which is not super uncommon but for the staff it was soooooo funny like they have to be 13 years old back there. I still go there when I have to but the bartow location and even the north Lakeland location is a better option.
