At around 3 PM 07/27/2025 the person taking our order was rude. When we entered the facility, we weren’t greeted - that’s OK, but could be improved. We were standing in front of the gentlemen waiting for him to take our order, he noticed us, but he didn’t look at us (he was just looking at the cashier). This was ongoing for about 5-7 mins. The food is great, they have a large selection of delicious smoothies and many wraps. But when it comes to the service, that’s where they loose their credit. Most staff members there look and act like high school drop outs, they have attitudes and don’t want to serve customers who love the food. If you’re looking to go from three to four it will be packed with rowdy middle schoolers who can’t behave. The restaurant is under staffed and lacks in service.

I ordered a breakfast quesadilla and southwest wrap with two smoothies and everything was delicious. This store gets busy but I have to say that everyone working did a great job with keeping up with the customers coming in and out. The staff provided amazing customer service. Thank you 🙏
