We love milk shakes and today Leo wanted twistee treat so we came to the N lakeland location. Leo had chocolate and he loved it. I had blueberry and it is the only place I can find that flavor. We really enjoyed it

We parked in front of store in front of the window. And the workers saw us get out and ran to the back. They came back out when we walked away. They refused to serve us. Although we arrived less than 10 min before closing, you only serve ice cream. I understand a restaurant but not a soft serve place.

ordered three Twisters and each one was wrong, missing an ingredient. Pretty disappointing since I was really looking forward to them. That said, I’ve never had a problem here before and usually the service is great, so this visit was surprisingly
Friendly. Fast. Amazing prices! I can feed my family of 5 a treat for less than $20!! They also have a drive thru. Seating outside with umbrellas.

I love the ice cream here, no complaints.. on the other hand the hot foods, specifically the nachos should be removed from the menu and stick to ice cream. Not sure how you manage to have stale & soggy nachos at the same time. They have better nachos at Cinemark.

Seems that the owner has an extremely hostile. Calling ANYONE the “N” word for any reason and then to be backed up by one of his customers who was screaming the N word at the woman is disgusting.
