Looking for something for lunch and found this amazing place. I got springs rolls and the beef pho. The springs rolls were amazing 10/10 fresh herbs the peanut sauce with it was amazing. The beeed pho 20/10 this was by far the best pho I’ve had in Lakeland, the favor down to the fresh basil and multiple herbs was amazing. You can taste the passion this chef has for his food most definitely. Phenomenal please go check it out. You can even sit down and enjoy the food with your family or significant other

Awesome Vietnamese food truck. Delicious homemade pho, and crunchy spring rolls as well. Worth a try and will be going back eventually. Broth was clear, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned. Noodles were just right too, not too soft. Nice outdoor environment for a quick bite.

Great food. BBQ Pork Bahn Mi are always on point. At only $5 a sandwich they are hard to beat, tasty meat with fresh veggies always. Vietnamese style egg rolls are so crispy and savory! If you are looking for the best pho in town, THIS IS IT. The broth is so rich, delicious and comforting paired with delicious meat and so many fresh herbs, I was blown away!I also ordered the pork eggs rolls, the owner was so sweet and kind, he allowed my friend and I taste them before our food was ready, they were amazing!The food, prices and hospitality were phenomenal!I will definitely be back again soon!
Amazing authentic Pho. You can to finish the cooking process yourself. Cold shrimp rolls were wonderful. It's just a red food truck across from grocery store on Combee in a field. Great owner very friendly.

WOW. I normally don't leave reviews but with this one I just had to. I'm a pho fanatic and drive all the way to Winter Haven for amazing pho. Saw this food truck pop up on my Google maps and was surprised how close it was to those who live closer to the combee area, so I had to give it a shot. The place unfortunately is easy to miss when driving by, so you have to be on the lookout for it (it's right in front of a dollar general). I showed up on a freezing Saturday night, at around 7:30pm (they close at 8pm!). I asked for pho and a vietnamese coffee. The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating, preparing my order right away. I saw him freshly preparing my food which was a PLUS. The coffee was amazing, very well traditionally tasting, not watered down. When I finally got home and unwrapped everything I was in awe. Loads of basil, green onions, bean sprouts, and cilantro just to name a few of the herbs. The ingredients were all in all extremely fresh, including the various meats. The broth alone is extremely rich in taste, a little to the salty side but very well done. Once the broth and the fillings were mixed however the saltiness eased in PERFECTLY. I wouldn't make any changes to it. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I also like that it's much easier to get to this location than having to drive through downtown Lakeland traffic to pay for pho that is adequate to this one. And for the amount you get for the price? I'm not complaining!!! This will be my new go to. Mouth watering pho with plentiful fillings, amazing Vietnamese coffee. Next time I'll try the banh mi. For now I'm keeping this secret gem close. ?Thanks!!

We came here to see there is only an empty field. The google opening hours are completely incorrect and should be updated by asking the owner if this place really exist and serve food. Otherwise the description should clearly indicate that this is a mobile food service.
