The food, service, and atmosphere was amazing. I am vegan and had their multi grain pancakes with pecans and bananas. My husband had the corn beef hash and my mother- in -law had eggs with biscutes and gravy. We all enjoyed our food. Will totally go back.
The food is usually cold, but the people are great! Pie is the best! Don't forget to order now for Christmas!
Food was good. Server (Wendell) fantastic, friendly, happy enjoyed this visit.
We love free pie Wensday. They have gone hill a little on position but they fixed it promptly. Love love the servers.
Just walk away this place after more than 30 minutes waiting for a table for 3. While waiting, 2 families walk out the place due long waiting and what seems to be mistakes on seating order. While waiting we were able to spot at least 8 empty tables that fit 4 or more people, which remained that way for 20 minutes. The manager, which was at front desk when we arrived, disappeared in a middle of the caos and left a girl attending upcoming customers and handling the cashier f
OK, this is a mixed review of our meals. My daughter absolutely loves the Pot Roast dinner and she's quite finicky! I tasted the gravy and was impressed. It didn't have the typical "out of a can" taste that many places try to get away with.
Fresh food awesome clean restaurant. Great customer service!
First time my husband and I ate there. Turkey dinner was very tasty/nice size portion/reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning and trying out some other tasty looking items on the menu. Place is clean. Pleasant employees. Our waiter Wendall was very attentive.
The food is unpredictable. Sometimes it's very good, and sometimes it totally misses the mark. I know from my own experience in the restaurant business that it is very difficult to keep good people. The work is hard and the pay is ...well...let's just say it might explain why there is so much turnover in staff at these places. On a bright note, The Village Inn practices a very charming bit of southern hospitality. Every Wednesday they give away a free piece of pie as long as you purchase a beverage. My friend and I rarely miss this little treat. It's a nice, inexpensive outing for two seniors on a budget.
The bestest. Took my daughter and a group of her friends for their homecoming dinner. They loved it, especially the French silk pie.

Terribly slow service. We've been waiting 45 minutes after ordering and still no food. We paid $70 for waiting over an hour for cold food and I never even got mine. They comped the one meal that didn't come out and that was it. Awful food and service. Manager wouldn't even speak to us.
Update: 10.29.19 I provided my contact info and still havent received a call or email. Horrible customer service!
All three orders were messed up
Watched a sever eat fries off of someone’s plate... pretty sure it was for our table too... thankfully our server was great and brought (2) plates of fresh fries.
Very good. Great price. Great server!
