I went here a lot they use to be good. Now I have to wait for 10 min to get a chicken wrap and a salad. When I get said chicken wrap its torn in 2 not ever wrapped the right way( all chicken on top lettuce on bottom with cheese) and the salad was not supposed to have Blue cheese (wife is pregnant.....) had a ton of blue cheese. Its not like it was busy or late so I dont see why I cant get get my food prepared right even if they do have online orders, Walk in customers should be handled with priority.( i took the time to drive to the store and meet face to face) would recommend driving 2 min down the road and get Mc Donald's or 5 min to get Burger King. Don't waiste your time or money

The workers here are very rude as I ordered, and had a very mean tone. I would recommend going to a different place as I ended up cancelling my order because of the disrespect of the workers here.

Came in this morning to order something noticed management was moving a mop bucket with her gloves on. I asked for her to change the gloves, she said she didn't touch anything and since I complained she won't take my order. I often come here in the morning they incorrectly take my order and have to remake my order. Well today my last straw.
Something so simple as changing into clean gloves before touching food products with the same gloves is policy. They have cameras and she still lied to my face that's signs of uncleanliness in a workspace.

Honestly and truly- use the gas and drive to another Wendy’s. I have lived near this Wendy’s for 2 years, and consistently- if you order more than 3 things THEY WILL FORGET ONE OF THEM. I’m not the type to stop and spend 5 mins checking my bag for every single thing in the window because I respect drive times for the restaurant. Not for this place. I honestly just won’t come back and wanted to come on here and warn everyone else. Not only do they forget everything, they catch a horrible attitude when you call and ask them to finish the order you already paid for. This isn’t Wendy’s standard. This is a crappy drive through impersonating a Wendy’s. They forget something EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Just drive somewhere else. In this economy, I don’t like wasting $5-$10 each trip on food I don’t get.

The food was very excellent. We had breakfast and we had the baconator egg and cheese sandwich what's a potatoes and a drink. And it only came out to about $7 each. The only problem that I had is that I had put it through the mobile app and I asked for it to be dine in and they had it down as carry out so I don't know why. So when we got there it was at the very end of breakfast. Just be careful when you order and make sure that you put the correct pick up method.
I really like your $5 box, you get a hamburger french fries and chicken nuggets. Always give the chicken nuggets to my little four-legged fur baby and she absolutely goes Gaga
