I visit the location on W. Memorial Blvd DAILY!!! I have a son with Autism & he eats a double stack biggie bag & a large chilli every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year no matter what. We spend AT LEAST almost $80 a week there & some days 3 or 4 times as much depending on if my other kids want Wendy's as well or not. Tonight's experience (Feb 14, 2025) was beyond terrible. They forgot my chilli in the drive thru forcing me to have to walk inside where I was ignored by the cashier for roughly 5 whole minutes despite the fact that the chilli pot was right behind her. After I got the manager's attention he made my chilli, threw it at me & told me not to come back!!! I spend waaayy too much money at Wendy's restaurants to not be better valued as a customer & my unappreciation for the service tonight is indescribable. It's not unusual at all for them to 'forget to put an item or two in the bag but I'm always extremely patient with that ridiculous issue of theirs. So to be treated poorly for simply wanting all of the food I paid for is mind blowing & unacceptable. VERY UNHAPPY & UPSET!!!
