I was never told when I called about this place that you have to pre-order anything I was told they've got all kinds of gluten-free and baked entrees well I came from Lakeland there's nothing baked no cookies no cinnamon rolls no danishes and nothing like that they have a lasagna and meatloaf and it's everything is pre-order well I never know when I'm in the area so therefore I was very extremely disappointed.

The customer service is the best have I seen in awhile at any fast food restraunt. The food was very delicious. The drive thru associate was very friendly and made sure I got the correct all natural lemonade last night.

I honestly came to just snack, but I was pleased to know they had Frostys available as I had been wanting to try the new strawberry one for a while with some French fries, which were absolutely fresh. According to what my best friend mentioned, they have good customer service & I can this location seem to a favorite for Lakeland as their drive-through had a long line. The great thing is going inside delivered prompt service. Also I tried it out another location, but outside...
