Ordered a Chicken BLT biggie bag, cheeseburger biggie bag and an extra sandwich which should’ve been a JBC. I got a cheeseburger only lettuce and mayo biggie bag, and I got a cheeseburger biggie bag no extra sandwich. More consistently they forget food or just give you wrong food. Would not recommend

I’m not sure exactly who, what, why but the quality of food has significantly declined over the last year or so. The last several times I’ve eaten here the food( primarily the grilled chicken wrap) has been ice cold. I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt that they were just having an off day but this has been an ongoing issue. After multiple calls made to management with no obvious solution to the issue I’ve decided to write this review . With that being said I will no longer be frequenting this location.

Now to the good part. I'm updating my particular review of this Wendy's because it's an example of excellence in the fast food industry. Over the past few years, my family and I have visited this particular Wendy's in Lakeland FL ( Lakeland highlands blvd, same place as Lowe's, across from Arby's and SAM's club) regularly and at all times of day. I've been here near open for a Honey Butter chicken biscuit. I've taken my kids here after a morning hike for some lunch, and I've eaten here near closing time after waiting tables all evening at another local restaurant. Their level of service and dedication to making their food the best way possible is noteworthy. So go get yourself a baconator and frosty! It will be just what you want right when you need it.

Went to restaurant to get some sandwiches. Wanted to use my points. Got nothing but grief from manager. Would not recommend this restaurant. Had no tea in lobby during lunchtime. Did survey because service stunk.

They are really bad about mobile order service here. The app itself is problematic, I wouldn't recommend using it.I've been told varying things by employees, that you doing have to get in the drive thru line for mobile pickup, but then if you don't, nobody is going to bring your order to you. And the app won't let you switch to carry out.Just frustrating in general. Part is the store, part is the app.

It’s honestly a hit or miss with this place. I’ve been here when they are on top of things and I’ve been here when they aren’t. Lightening wins, get a free double stack. Buy a frost key tag for $1.99 (maybe 2.99) enjoy a little baby Frost throughout the year. That’s a bargain.

I got a single cheese burger and small fries right at beginning of lunch time.. fries were great.. I had 2 bites of burger before I realized it was "rare" . Obviously stopped eating burger and fries.. wasted $8.50
