Love that I made a mobile order and still had to wait 20 minutes for a baked potato and a crispy chicken, then go inside and get it myself after being parked! Please fire the manager he was so rude when I went inside to get the food I literally ordered in advance

Do not recommend I have to go across town even though this one is right by my house to get decent food from Wendy's. These people will have you park and wait and still give you cold food they have a manager in them and he's teaching everybody else how to be tacky

Brandy was the woman taking my boyfriend and i’s order, we are both very picky in different ways and she was on the ball had everything correct without even needing us to repeat anything. I’ve worked in fast food and know how hard it can be sometimes when you have a large rush, like they did tonight. Just wanted to say great service :)

Just ate the worst sandwich of my life, a sausage burrito ($4.70). Could not understand a word spoken by the person taking my order. Was told at the pickup window I would have to wait, due to a shift change, while the eggs were cooked. The potatoes inside the burrito were cold. Yuck!!

I know we came late night around 930pm however please be mindful of the spicy chicken nuggets. We order just the regular nuggets for our little one and all of the sudden she started complaining her tongue has hot due to the chicken been hot, when I saw that they had mixed the regular nuggets with spicy ones. I don't usually leave reviews but please be mindful of the mixing nuggets.

Not the greatest experience here…drive thru workers wouldn’t open the window, only gestured with their hands to me, leaving me extremely confused as to where to go. Then found a hair in my fries.
