Oh my God, I went to the store and the manager is disrespectful. He has a super arrogant attitude. He doesn't know how to treat customers, there's no organization. The employees are just chatting and not taking orders. They need to take action against the store and the manager.

The people are so dull no smile no nothing just dry and when taking your order felt like i was talking to myself and then i didnt get my sauce i asked for sweet and sour got hone and had sweet chilli a bummer dood was ok could have been what i wanted if i had my sauce

Neutral need improvement in indoor customer experience. Way too focused on drive thru and lack of welcome experience when customer eat inside. Place is nice and clean. Also please put napkins and ketchup for fries. Your manager order them monthly for a reason.

This Manager did not take my order after I waited 10 minutes and then when his employee told him to, he said I work kiosk whatever happened to everybody working hard and doing different jobs. He was very rude. I took a picture of him to put on the review because he was very disrespectful and he said his name is Carlos. I did not believe that And he threatened to call the cops on me lol with all the things going on in this world, you threatened somebody to call the cops because they took a picture of them for a review good job Carlos lol yes you suck at customer service 😂

This Wendy's never fails to disappoint. 4 employees leaning at the front counter, the manager is in some silly Halloween outfit and her sleeves are long and baggy and I wanted them go into the ice tray for the drinks. I threw my drink in the trash.
Ordered a combo, no Mayo on my sandwich, of course they put mayo on it. Had to park and ask them to remake it. Manager looked at me like it was my fault and I was the moron.
Get back to the car and my fries are cold and stale. So $12 for an $8 sandwich, that I had to go in and get.

It was dirty..... a ton of people behind the counter and tables and seats were dirty.
Thursday July 31 at 10:21 I ordered my food and the drive through was full. I was told to stop holding up the line even though it was people in front of us. Then we got out drinks and was told to pull up to the door. We been watching people get their food while we wait. We been here for 15 minutes and counting. Definitely going to corporate about this or talk to a manager tomorrow.

It is nice to walk in without being hit up for money by the front door. Clean outside, clean store inside. Friendly staff. Other customers were in the store, and I got my food in 5 minutes. Everything was great.

Ordered two 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. Receive two 8 pieces of chicken nuggets. Either you've got employees that cannot count to 10, or they're missing two fingers, either way they are under qualified for a simple job.
