The lady making the subs was very rude to begin with, then when I asked to substitute turkey instead of steak they said they couldn't do that. I'm certain turkey is less than steak & I even said I'd pay the same price. They said no. You can't substitute turkey for steak at a create your own sub place?! I've placed this same order at Which Wich for 10 years. This location is the only one who ever said no. Does anyone actually even eat here?

Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave. I ordered a chicken sandwich ($13 ?‍?) and didn't even get enough chicken to cover all the bread. I guess it's easy to hide when you get a bunch of other condiments, but unfortunately, their stinginess was exposed with my order. I may only be one lost customer, but that is how the end of all good things gets started. ?

It was my first time there at the restaurant, and I was absolutely blown away. Everything was perfect. The customer service was perfect. It saddens me that the restaurant is closing down in October. I wish they can keep it open forever. I love this restaurant. What?

Don't order the BLT because no bacon is fried here...Instead you get prepackaged bacon crumbles loaded with liquid smoke.

Beautifully made sandwiches, great customer service, clean environment, all over a great place to eat. I’ve been coming for awhile now and this visit was especially special, Rodge made my girlfriend and I’s meal today and it was phenomenal! Thank you so much!

Absolutely one of my favorite places to get a sub. Typically I hate getting toasted subs because I feel it gives the meat a weird flavor however here it enhances the flavor. Every time I eat it I’ll be craving it until I get it again. I love how you’re able to customize everything and put your own spin into it, a really neat experience. It is a little pricy imo but well worth it. The only really negative thing I would say is it is a little warm in the shop.

I have been here a few times now, I'm always impressed. From their vegan options to all the other amazing food they have for my carnivore friends it's a top pick for me now. Also, the young man that is there during the day has great customer service skills. He is always happy and helpful, which is so hard to find anymore. Really happy with this addition to Lakeland food options.
