Wings always incredibly dry, I always choose extra seasoning on the fries because regular isn't enough but it's like they ignore the request because these fries are very plain. Always takes 30+ mind for food to come out, always forgetting to put the ranch.

The girl/lady that is answering the phone right now at this moment hung up in my face 5 times in a row she needs to be fired very rude and is not a good look for the company I want be back after today I was sending my daughter at a carryout but I stop coming for a year before do to this same issue yall need to train better employees the ones yall have is a liablity and not a asset because I want return after today.

The fries and wings were cold and soggy like all the other reviews say. They didn’t put the two ranches i ordered in the bag and didnt give me straws with my drinks. Then when you call them after you get home and find the mess that they gave you and try to get it resolved they put you on hold until you hang up. Don’t order from here unless you want to pay top dollar for service and food that’s bottom tier.

My first time at a Wingstop and my last. I asked the cashier how many and how much breaded, bone in wings sell for. Eight minutes later he still didn’t know. Finally he says ten. So he says, “You want 10 classic wings?” I said again for the fourth time I want ten breaded bone in wings DRY with hot sauce on the side please.” 30 Minutes later people who walked in and ordered after me were getting their orders. I asked William the cashier where my wings were. He was between the register and handling food without washing hands or using gloves. My wings come up, all wet, tons of sauce and I sent them back. Fifteen minutes later my wings are ready. They are not breaded . I asked what part of “BREADED dry, bone in wings did he not get?” One he can’t run register, doesn’t know the menus and was not understanding anything. I got my money back and left. 🙄

Yall need to give Kevin a raise! Bro was back there forging the tastiest wings and fries I’ve ever had. He made me and my father feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back to say hi to my man Kevin and to get some more boneless Parmesan wings!! 🙏
Flavor was good but if I pay for all flats well done then I expect all flats well done. I understand giving ya the cute girl behind me a employee discount Josh but she ghosted ya after she paid but besides all that I didn't get mugged and got medium well wings from a sub par establishment. Take notes for the wing stop on Tallahassee. They do their thing. So you need to do better 💪

I should have read the previous reviews in town for the week. And wanted a late evening snack. Asked for my wings to be well done with the sauce on the side. Ended up ordering the combo with the fries. The fries were cold and soggy. And the sauce was on the wings. Not worth your money. I get a lot better service at Buffalo Wild Wings. But I was lazy and tired and happen to be staying nearby. Never again.$20 Down the drain.
