I specifically put extra crispy / fried hard on both my wings and fries because I know I prefer my chicken cooked a little longer — especially at this location since I’ve had issues before.
I got my food within 10 minutes of leaving the store and both the wings and fries were still soggy and undercooked. Not even close to extra crispy.
Since moving to Lakeland, this Wingstop has consistently been bad at fulfilling orders to the point my mom doesn’t even order from here anymore, and I’ve literally had to finish cooking food myself at home because it wasn’t done properly.
It’s really disappointing because I used to love Wingstop, but this location seriously needs to do better with following order instructions and making sure food is cooked correctly.

Jaxon provided Exceptional service from the moment we walked into the store he made sure to provide the answers to every question we had and was able to find the menu item we were looking for that was not on display. The food came out very fast and although we were missing our Hawaiian chicken wings, he made sure that we would get it kudos to Jackson.

Wow I can say everyone here was nice and the service was so fast . I placed my order and not even 10 minutes I had to wait . I was dreading to come here to order I haven’t been here in about a year because the service was terrible always waited over an hour for food always forgot things , I’d place online orders and wouldn’t even be done at time frame . I feel it’s run under new management or someone bought this wingstop and turned it around I’m so happy right now thank you staff !

Ordered deliver from Uber eats 3 times, all three time the orders have been wrong. All 3 times they forgot the fry's (how is that possible) 2 of the 3 the wings were not done (still raw inside) the other they made the wrong type of wings. If you go in it is good but NEVER get there delivery. If you call they ignore you and tell you deal with Uber Eats, was also tole to just heat the wings up more myself. . So two of the 3 times we had zero food & all be it we got a refund we still had to pay the tip Uber would not take that off. so lost money. This many issues is a management issue not training or looking after what is going on.
Whoever the lady at 3:58pm on October 15,2025 was at the counter and gave me my order was rude. Walked in and was waiting to be attended and then when asked if I was picking up I said yes and she cut me off and told me I needed to go to the window. Then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. It was unnecessary for the attitude.

Stopped by very late around 11pm after a long shift of working and I came to pick up my order only to realize I never placed it. Dave was at the window and was very nice and accommodating. I placed my order and was expected to wait but he had my order out within 5-7 minutes and everything was perfect. Exceptional service and made me feel cared for. Will always come back here. Lazy employees wouldn't even have the customers order fully ready the drink is suppose to b made as well as the food!! Doordash doesn't get paid to do ur job for u u r getting paid minimum wage to do ur job while us drivers only get paid to drive the food to the ppl so how about everyone does their own jobs and let's have the food and drinks ready for us drivers to grab and go!!!
