Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

If I could I would give the service a 0 was on hold for 30 mins still no answer after she said she was gonna put us on hold so I had to call from a different number and when she picked up she hung up on my other phone and I told her we were on hold for 30 mins waiting for her to take our order cause she said she was gonna put us on hold for a few and she just said well there’s nothing I can do now instead of saying “ I apologize I’m happy to take your order now “ and she still tended to make that simple comment and after waiting 30 mins on hold then waiting almost a hour for our food they still got it wrong didn’t give us our cheese on the side or our corn her name was nakiyh very very rude and unprofessional and was laughing also please give these people better training please and not to leave people on hold and on top of that made us go to the smoke shop next door to get change very very unprofessional how don’t you have change for a 100$

Everyone was working hard to get the orders out. Food was perfect and honestly didn’t take that long. The manager on that shift seems like an amazing person and went out of his way to help a man in need out.

I don’t ever write reviews but the experience here was honestly so bad. First of all I waited over 30 minutes for a 6 piece boneless wing meal , and waiting was not a problem for me because I know restaurants get busy. However when I got my food it was completely cold ?? It just makes me wonder what they were even doing back there. My friend got the same meal as me and hers took way longer and her wing flavor was gross. Also the tables were dirty and there were no straws. Idk I’ve had better wing stop at other locations.

I don’t typically write reviews, but after today’s experience at this Wingstop, I feel like I need to warn others. First off, the wait time was ridiculous. I was in there for over 30 minutes just to get a simple order of wings, and it wasn’t even that busy. It was pretty obvious the staff was either disorganized or just didn’t care about getting orders out in a timely manner.

The customer service was beyond disappointing. The staff was rude, with one of the employees literally rolling their eyes when I asked for an update on my order. Meanwhile, the general manager was nowhere to be seen—probably hiding in the back where the drama seemed to be unfolding. I overheard a lot of arguing between employees, and it made the whole place feel uncomfortable.

I’ve been to other Wingstop locations and never had this kind of experience. I can’t speak to what’s going on behind the scenes, but something is definitely off at this place. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend finding a different location if you want a better experience.

Service was great. We got 8 pc wings and fries with a coke. The wings were awesome. Cooked just right. The fries were well seasoned. Everything was cooked fresh. I came out piping hot. Very clean.

Wings were room temperature, dry, and overcooked. They gave me 90% drummettes. They were as tough as leather. Out of 20ish wings, I had 3 flats, which were also room temperature, dry, and overcooked. Could not endure, didn't want to throw away because so expensive, but couldn't do it.
