Absolutely horrendous experience Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food And than the staff was rude and disrespectful No one cares Don’t care about customer service

ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 10 boneless wings. the food was disgusting. the chicken sandwiches were cold and almost felt like it was frozen. the wings were just as nasty tasted like grease. will not order from here again.

This Wingstop stays busy, but they are so accommodating. My online order was wrong on my part, and they immediately made it right without any issues. We are regular customers here. Their wings are always fresh and made to order. The staff has always been kind and polite each time.

The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked. And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious. Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft? This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.

Never in my life seen employees be so rude. They act like me being there was a problem. They were all on their phones talking the whole time. Told me they didn’t accept cash and I know that’s a lie. We got into debate about it and then told me to kick me out and told me that he wasn’t gonna serve me

This is by far the most rude and absurd establishment I’ve ever walked in. I walked in to place an order and they told me we don’t accept cashier. You’re gonna have to wait on my manager after waiting 20 minutes. I realize that the manager is the woman sitting in the lobby on her personal cell phone, laughing and talking. I figured that she was on her personal break, But she wasn’t she was on her phone Just laughing and talking to some random person. By this time, there is a literal line out the door. The customers in front of me started getting agitated as well because now they’re saying that they don’t take credit card and the only person that can handle this situation is the manager, Mind you, the manager is sitting at a table, laughing your head off on a personal phone call with some random person. Me and the other customer finally said something because everybody is just looking at each other like how do we even order food in here? They got mad at me and told me we’re not serving you and they literally kicked me out

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

The store was clean. I was greeted upon entry. I ordered boneless by accident, but the manager was such a sweetheart, she made me pay the difference and made me the correct wings.
