Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

I ordered on the app and they canceled my order!!!! I’ve never had any issues with a food place, especially when it comes to ordering online, and then, of course, when you try to call, they are too busy.

Every worker was rude and acted like me being there was a bother. When I asked for help girl behind the counter spilled someone else’s food acted like she was unphased and then got side tracked talking to another co worker who was leaving. The grills were disgusting and dirt was all over the place. This place looked like it had zero hygiene. I would not at all recommend this type of establishment. Take your money somewhere else.

I love this wingstop! Much faster than any wingstop in the area and food always comes out nice and fresh. Cashiers Delfina, Aliah, Jaxon and most importantly the manager Sarah make the whole atmosphere so positive and I can’t wait to return to this store!

I mean where do I even start. The service is great and the workers that are serving you make you actually feel wanted. I had a conversation to the manager the other day and it was one of the best interactions I’ve ever had. They do really good with making the food and serving it on time. This is definitely a five star wingstop.
