Went to this location for the first time. I’ve never had wingstop before either. Myself and another customer went to the counter and began to order food when I looked behind the cashier into the cook line and saw one of the workers actively eating and licking/sucking on her fingers while preparing food. Myself and the other person who came in with me just stared at the woman as she continued to lick her fingers and bag the food. I immediately told the cashier what she was doing and the cashier turned around and saw it too. The cashier then said ‘I guess I can tell my manager’ and shrugged. I looked at the other customer next to me and we both walked out. I am NEVER EVER going back again. Wingstop has been ruined for me. DISGUSTING.

Good food great location don't have to drive to the north side of lakeland and for some reason the wings taste so much better plus the crew that work the store are very respectful, fast and accurate

Customer service is definitely lacking at this place. No one even cracks a smile no greeting when u walk in. It’s a frown and did u order online? It took an hour to get my food. 1 hour! Never an update on what order i was in line. then they were putting completed orders on a rack and by no surprise didn’t even ask if any of those orders were for anyone inside. And guess what mine was sitting on the rack for 15 min before she decided to ask if the order belonged to anyone. No apology or anything. Just handed it to me and walked off.

Ordered wingstop online around 5 pm got the email that the order was complete around 6 pm. Went to pick it up waited at the restaurant and additional 2 hours. Every time I asked where my food was all I was told was your next as they proceeded to complete other orders. After and additional hour of waiting I asked again where my food was only to be ignored by the manager and the staff. I finally got to talk to an employee and I requested a refund. Was told it would take 3-5 business. It’s now past that and I’m still waiting on my refund. I wrote a review to wingstop only to be disappointed. Was told by wingstop that they will talk to the owner of the cafe and the staff then sent me a $5 e gift card. All I wanted was my money back for the food I didn’t receive. 0 stars out of 5

Just ordered through door dash and spent over $80. We didn’t receive neither one of the cheese sauces or the 52 oz lemonade. Literally robbed me of $10! Will NEVER go here again. The food is cold and the driver came straight here with it and the wings barely have any sauce. Worst wing place ever!

It's a shame this place sucks so bad. Horrible food, the wings are always dry and the fries are always undercooked or they are small skin pieces and unedible. And they never update the online wait time so be prepared to wait.
