This location was very rude. I walk in at 7:48 when they close at 8:00 to make a frozen yogurt cup. This takes less than 5 minutes to make so I had ample time to do so. The worker was rude and says "we close in 10 minutes" and proceeds to put everything way. I will not be coming back.

Even after our Florida Governor has made it against the law here to require anyone to wear a mask, and after the CDC has even said masks are not required in some cases, and after vaccination IDs were denounced, this Yogurt Mountain would not serve me and my 11-year-old daughter today. Freedoms should never be tied to frozen yogurt. Yogurt mountain can have their over-priced frozen treat. I am so livid I wrote a personal message to the Governor. That $5000 fine is gonna suck...?

It's inside Books-A-Million. Got a 20% off yogurt coupon for buying a book. Nice selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. The helpful cashier can assist you with any questions or issues.

Did not get to try it because my daughter refused to go inside since dogs are allowed to roam the facility freely without a leash.

Conveniently located inside Book a Million. Good ambiance and quiet. Fun stop to make with my kids. So many ice cream flavors and topping options. Dining in is an option plus they have an outside patio.

Rude employee and froyo was mediocre at best. Actually tasted like it was soured so I wound up throwing it away.

The best frozen yogurt on earth. I mean it. We drive 14 miles for this frozen heaven goodness. Its out of this world. And the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Yogurt Mountain is my favorite froyo place, but the one near me closed several years ago. I was super excited to find this one. It's adjoined to a books-a-million. They have several yogurt options plus the middle blended flavor. They have lots of add on toppings , candies, crushed cookies, sauces and fruits. They weigh it all at the end so you pay by the ounce. For Covid you sanitize your hands snd wears gloves they provide and masks are required. Cashier was friendly and nice. Tasted delicious!

On the website and when you navigate to it. It says that they close at 7pm but when we got there at 6:24pm the lady said they closed. Because of books a million closes at 7pm so the yogurt part closes an hour before them.... my 2 year old, my husband and I drove 30 mins to get there for nothing..... it isn't posted online or at the yogurt parlor that they close an hour before the store does..... We didn't even know it was part of the book store...

Horrible uninformed customer service. My family and I went in Oct 11 well after the mask mandate in Lakeland was lifted. We were told to put on masks which we politely declined and explained we were not required to wear them anymore. The male employee stated that the state wide mandate was in effect still. Gov DeSantis NEVER issued a state wide mandate instead leaving it up to local governments and municipalities. He argued with me and instead of making a scene we chose not to purchase at this establishment and will never go back in the future.

10 different varieties of frozen yogurt and a lot of toppings. It's self-serve. They require you to wear gloves which are provided. It is pricey. The price is based on weight. We filled a 16 oz bucket and it cost $11. Very good, though.
