Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Dinner, but the menu it showed online changed. And never revised it. Their ranch dressing is bland has no flavor except tasting like milk and mayo. The kids meal of grilled cheese and fries was ok, but the grilled cheese sandwich was abit on the oily side, fries were ok. The service was lacking. One dish I ordered wasn't there so I had to go back. The server who I ordered from was the same one who I went to when I went back. Her excuse was the previous person put in the wrong request, lol. She was the one I went to the first time. Covering her ass. I'd rather go to Twin Peaks then return to Zaxbys.

This used to be my favorite place to eat, but that’s no longer the case. Recently, my delivery orders have repeatedly been missing items, and it’s incredibly disappointing. How hard is it to read instructions on a screen or typed out on paper? I’m tired of paying for food and not receiving what I ordered.

Visiting the location isn’t any better. With only three or so cars in the drive-thru, it takes an excruciating 4”0+ minutes to get your food. The speaker volume is so low that you can barely hear the person taking your order. To top it off, the area around the drive-thru and the restaurant itself is filthy. The dining area is just as bad, with tables that aren’t cleaned and debris left behind. I’m done with this place.

It’s really disappointing to see such a great place turn to garbage.

If I could give this specific store less than one star I would. I Go to Zaxbys at least twice a week because of the salads and my 4 year old love the fries but on this day was one of my worst experiences and I’ve had a few with this location.

I ALWAYS order the Zenzation Zalad with ranch and wing and wings for my 1 year old and 4 year old to share, along with two loaded bacon’s fries for my two oldest girls with one having no ranch. I mean like clock work two or three times a week.

This specific day they put Zax sauce on our fries, gave me the wrong dressing for my salad, burnt the egg roll in my salad, salad was soggy, gave me two fries in our wing and wing… I mean the worst.

I kindly asked for my order to be correct and I come often so I would think that wouldn’t be an issue. I was told to move about the line and park. After the loaded fries was snatched out my hand and thrown in the garbage in front of me and my children in the car.

I then asked for a manager and a 18 year old girl came to the window (Sabrina ) with a smerk on her face, I explained to her the situation and she responded with @Well they said they’ll remake it so what the problem?!. I then asked for the next manager in command and another lady (Hope) came to the window claiming to be equal manager ( However a little nicer than the last two individuals that I encountered) and explained that there is no one higher than the both of them and that they are not a corporate store so the only way to get my voice heard on this issue would be to refer to the bottom of the receipt to a website for a survey.

Was charged for ranch (that I didnt order( , honey mustard and a slice of cheese. I didnt receive any of the items listed above that I was charged for.
The girl that took my order was nice and polite but my order was wrong. Got no sauce and got no cheese , paid for both. Just re-visted my review after several weeks , no response. Looking at all the other negative reviews with no response really high lights the lack of care at this location

Food is great BUT TAKE THE PEOPLE OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU!!! They slow down the line and it’s very annoying asking me my order 5 times before I could even see the menu!

I didn’t know that I ordered off “the kids menu” when I asked for chicken tenders.

Chicken sizes unbelievably small, I got more french fries than I did chicken and the fries were warm and somehow stale!!! Honestly… not worth the $27. It’s sad how small family’s can’t even afford a decent meal without having quality control issues or portion issues nowadays even though all the meat is coming from the same corporate companies. Honestly, Chick-fil-A does better than this, but even thenI’d rather go to McDonald’s and get the new “snack wrap” Everyone is talking about for five bucks If I knew I was gonna spend $27 on this bull crap

Got chicken tenders with fries and the tenders were very small and tasted as if someone stumped their toe when applying the salt to the chicken and fries. For the price they changed one would think they tenders would be a little bigger!

Make it make sense, Zaxby’s. I tried to order the Zensation Wrap through the drive-thru, only to be told it’s only available online. So you have all the ingredients to make it—but won’t actually make it unless I order through an app? That’s ridiculous. Do better, Zaxby’s.

The customer service people seem like they don't want to help you. On par with McDonald's in that regard. The food is average but use to be better. The restaurant is pretty clean

Well I wasn't expecting much but was surprised how tasty it was. I got a chicken finger platter that came with fries and coleslaw. The breading was very tasty and chicken was moist. Fries and coleslaw were very good also. I left with a full belly and a smile.

Big Zax Snack $9.83!!!! Food was hot and fresh but Zaxbys must do better with there portion sizes
