The customer service people seem like they don't want to help you. On par with McDonald's in that regard. The food is average but use to be better. The restaurant is pretty clean

Well I wasn't expecting much but was surprised how tasty it was. I got a chicken finger platter that came with fries and coleslaw. The breading was very tasty and chicken was moist. Fries and coleslaw were very good also. I left with a full belly and a smile.

This Zaxbys does not have a drive through. Instead, plan on parking for 20-25 minutes every time you come.

Worst experience it could be. The guy at the window was more worried about getting in trouble about the timer at the window than satisfying the customer. It ended with getting a refund, and the manager didn't even know how to do it. He had to get help from another worker. I will not ever go back. Recipes says Logan H. They need more training on customer service for sure.
