Well I wasn't expecting much but was surprised how tasty it was. I got a chicken finger platter that came with fries and coleslaw. The breading was very tasty and chicken was moist. Fries and coleslaw were very good also. I left with a full belly and a smile.
Manager was very observant and noticed I accidentally ordered two coleslaws instead of one and one order of fries. He asked me and then very quickly adjusted the order. I received my order very quickly too. Thank you for the great customer service!
Food was great as always, love Zaxby's. The person at the register turned around and started packing an order after she greeted me and I asked a question about the menu. I got an answer after she finished that task, it was just an unusual interaction. Food came out fast and was in to-go bags instead of on trays, but it worked out since we needed to take leftovers anyway.
