Stores like this should make Arby's considered just shutting down all together. I've stopped in the store considerable number of times and their jamoka shake machine never works The one thing that made Arby's famous never seems to work at any other stores. Apartments can't even keep their equipment up and running why do they stay in business.

Shout out to the crew working lunch right now, holding it down. Yall are doing great! Some of the customers need to do better, though. You don't get to treat people like shit over things out of stock or something not working.

I had a minor issue trying to pay for my order due to the system freezing after using my debit card, but both women working up front communicated. One I think is a supervisor, as she tried to troubleshoot quickly while packing another order. She rang my order up on another register instead, and everything was all good. I'm still on time for my 4 hour drive to Orlando for my flight home.

The staff and food were outstanding. However the A/C was broken and it was very hot in there. The poor staff were sweating, they had 1 fan given to them by the company said it had been off for 4 days and was told it could be weeks before it's fixed. I suggested they get some of those plug in sit on the floor whole room airconditioners 2 or 3, it's a big place. They said the company refused to get them any. I felt sorry for them they were working hard around fryers and cookers with no air only 1 fan. Shame on this owner/company for abusing their staff this way!

They are inconsistent with the quality of their food. The chicken on the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich was fresh and delicious on one trip. Then on the next trip, they served me 2 small dry pieces that were nearly inedible. This shows me they do not care about their customers and they do not have pride in their job.

Absolutely the best! We drove from Kentucky to Miami. Now we are heading towards Destin, this location was a great stop off I10. The atmosphere and employees keep everything clean, they smile and the food is fresh! Everyone should get a bonus! Excellent management hiring the right people! Thank y’all so much! By far the best Arby’s anywhere in Florida!

Wheelchair accessibility: I’ve had major surgery. Walking in and out easily, the seating is very accommodating. Thank you!
