Been to this place quite a lot

The McDonald's across the street drove me over here because they wouldn't wait on customers the service I got at Arby's was incredible and the manager apologized for the people at McDonald's not taking my order what a friendly atmosphere this Arby's has

Shout out to the crew working lunch right now, holding it down. Yall are doing great! Some of the customers need to do better, though. You don't get to treat people like shit over things out of stock or something not working.

I had a minor issue trying to pay for my order due to the system freezing after using my debit card, but both women working up front communicated. One I think is a supervisor, as she tried to troubleshoot quickly while packing another...
