I love Hardee’s burgers and here is no exception . The reason for the bad service rating is the unwelcoming rude black lady wearing the glasses .

Let me start by saying I stop here on my travels at least twice a month. It's attached to a gas station so considering that fact, it's good. Kind of dirty, a few of the employees have an attitude when you ask for literally anything but a majority of them are fantastic and very professional. The quality of their food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's the best thing I've eaten in days and other times it's soggy and cool and rubbery. It depends on how fresh what you ordered is. All in all, it's a gas station Hardee's so honestly I don't hold it to the same standards I use for a standalone, and certainly not a restaurant. It's fast food for a reason. I will continue to stop here.

Friendly staff and good fresh off the grill burgers. Ask for fresh off the grill instead of warming tray burgers. Much better tasting and costs the same. Worth the wait!
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain only ketup and when I got it no cheese so I went up and said hey there is no cheese and the lady got smart with me and said well you said plain. Then the whole time I was sitting eating my food I listen to the same lady being rude to other people and swearing along with other employees. Atleast the food was good. Never again will I come here to this location. It's on 19 and I 10
Went in for the $5.99 meal that they are charging 6.99 for. Asked for the big and juicy ham & swiss and they're out of ham. So we did the double cheeseburgers with fries and soda. Both burgers were burnt beyond edible. Rolls hard as rocks. Will not be visiting this Hardees ever again.

I got a bacon cheeseburger and the super star the number 2 on the menu. I was actually surprised since it was my first time having Hardee’s and I can say that I like it. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. Almost forgot to mention if you don’t like ketchup on your burger you have to let them know. Mine came with ketchup

Great service!! Even though the woman didnt seem to be to happy. Understandable considering I watched a customer be rude to her because she didn’t get her biscuit and jelly a quickly as she thought necessary. Clean restrooms and store. For it to be part of a fueling station pretty nice place. Has cute little souvenirs in the station part. I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere eWbecause it was plain no music or anything no popping pics just business. About $32 for 6 biscuit and gravy and 4 medium hash rounds and 2 large hash rounds. No drinks included. Fair price for 6 people. My husband had relayed to employee the food was going to 2 different cars and she bagged the food accordingly.
