I keep getting cold breakfast toast sandwiches here. Great front of the house staff, but the cook needs to make sure their food goes out hot.
Don't serve your guests cold Frisco bread that isn't even toasted. Don't serve your guests cold cheese that isn't melted on a sandwich that is cold.
I don't really understand why this kind of thing must be said when it comes to hot food items. Nonetheless, it appears I must say it.

They never smiled and were borderline rude. They were giving customers the wrong orders. The steak was not done. Food was not hot at all. I would never go back or work there. Looks filthy.

Normally I receive excellent food and service at this location it is usually a great pickup spot for a wonderful meal and a decent body however this time I was severely disappointed coming in for a late afternoon meal after a hard day at work my girlfriend and I and our two kids ordered our usual the big double bacon burger Combos and all the extra trimmings on her chicken sandwich by the time we got home we were severely disappointed the meat was undercooked the order was half wrong and the Buns were completely socket it was a mess I barely could even stomach the idea of eating it much less feeding into my family I spent during your $40 of my heart and money for such a miserable experience this being the case unfortunately I cannot see myself ever going back unless somehow this was made right it saddens me to say that as a long time customer

On the road traveling. Filled up gas tank. Went inside, asked if they were still open, response was yes. I said I am going to restroom, I will be right back. 2 min later she said I am not sure we are taking anymore orders. Thank I left starving to continue my long drive.
I didnt gwt his name but the young man man working at 7:45 pm was really nice gave us what we asked for and more really good worker he need a promotion

Waiting for 15 minutes for my food when staff automatically gives me a refund. They said they had no biscuits but I ordered a burrito. Instead of making things right with customer she just brushed it off unnecessarily and had me waste 20 minutes. Unfortunately this is more becoming the norm in fast food restaurants.Horrible service and selfish attitudes. Do not recommend.

Horrible experience. My order was not correct after waiting 20mins on the food it was cold and inedible. When I called and asked for a manager a woman got on the phone and said I will make your food right and hung up on me. Tender wraps with a tiny piece of cold chicken, burger with no condiments at all, fries cold and a chicken sandwich with so much mayo it would gag you. Rude service from start to finish. Would love to hear from the owner of this place because your employees are ruining your buisness.
