Filthy. Never seen so much trash sitting around in a fastfood restaurant. Slowest McDonald's (fastfood in general I've ever been to) sat in drive thru 13 minutes before my order was taken, sat at the window 6 minutes before greeted or received my drinks, had to pull to the outside waiting area to wait more, order was messed up. . ((Granted I only physically seen TWO employees, they seemed stressed// I didn't complain to them bc I can understand that))

Had to wait quite a bit when using the drive thru. Order were mixed up with others and we even got the wrong receipt! The manager was working hard to correct everything though.

They where so slow, rude and didn't help anyone at the registers this poor older man stood there for 20 mins, when he finally saw someone asked for help the worker told him to use the kiosk the but the man did not know how.
The stood waiting for help for another ten mins, before he just left. Yes the kiosk helps but also what about customer service?!?!

We chose not to eat here after using the bathroom and seeing the disgusting state that it was in. It looked like a remote truck stop bathroom. There wasn't soap either. I went to the convenience store side to ask about it and they have a handwritten sign taped to their counter saying that bathrooms are the responsibility of McDonald's. Clearly this is not an unusual issue and the gas station side has a regular problem with this McDonald's. Also, when we walked up to go inside, two employees were smoking cigarettes right in front of the entrance door and we had to walk around them to get inside. Definitely will be driving down the road a bit to eat, even though we're super hungry.

The only thing that made this visit shine was the front counter cashier. She was so friendly and sincere. And was a pleasure to work with. I an sad ti say that the store needed some work and was a bit untidy at best the ladies and the men's restrooms were atrocious. I even witnessed a employee using the men's room and leave without washing up. The order we placed and received was not of the best quality of food and appeared as if it had been sitting for longer than it should have. And to top it off part of the order was not right and was requested to redo the sandwich. Which was done quickly and with a smile and a nice apology. So we were disappointed and I hope improvement can be made in the future for your future patrons.

They did not give me the large chocolate milkshake or the mcflurry with my meal. Then the employees saw me standing there with my meal and the receipt but yet went ahead and fixed everyone else's orders. I was before everyone & waited 20 additional minutes. I was the last 12 leave. So, I left with cold fries & watered down drinks.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen in food service. A solo mom with two kids asked to get her drink with no ice, and the employee decided that was a hill to die on. She insisted the customer needed to refund her order and order it again even though it would cost the same. She even went as far as to tell her associate who was trying to help that customers needed to learn. All this in front of a dozen customers who were speechless.
I stepped in to just say both needed to walk away, only to have the employee to ask if I needed to leave as well.

What crawled up her shirt and made her think this is beyond me.

I will never return to this location, and might not go back to McDonalds as a whole after this.
