We visited here on Saturday around 11. There was about a 15 minute wait, not too bad. I did notice several other people showed up around that time, so the wait time does vary.

We had the biscuits and gravy, traditional breakfast and a kids meal as well. The biscuits and gravy tasted pretty good and priced fairly for the portion size. They offer a half order a full order or a full order and the full order is quite large. I got a side of grits and sausage as pictured below, both were okay, nothing to rave about but what you would expect at a breakfast place.

We also tried two different iced coffees, as they seem to be a featured menu item. I had the caramel iced coffee which came with whipped cream and a brownie on top, my son had the pumpkin spice coffee which is usually spiked but they offered it to him without alcohol as well. Overall the coffee was okay, really it tasted like standard coffee from the pot with really sweet creamer. The presentation is cute but once you get down to the bottom half of the coffee there is so much caramel it’s nearly impossible to drink. I was not able to finish it.

Pros:
- A lot of food for a very reasonable price. My son’s meal was 10.99 & came with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and 3 pancakes. Most meals are served with a side of pancakes.

- Service is great. I’ve been on 3 separate occasions and had great customer service each time. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating.

- Timely, once you put your order in the food is out very quickly.

Con’s:
- Occasionally there is a wait depending on what time of day you go.

- Can feel a bit crowded. Once you’re seated it’s generally fine but overall it is a bit tight inside.

- No restroom, unless it was really well hidden somewhere, I couldn’t find a restroom for public use.

Katie was my server today and she was wonderful and polite.
Brittany also assisted to helping Katie and both are very friendly..
Now Laura on the other hand was very rude and disrespectful to customers and she was yelling and speaking in a very disrespectful way to her fellow co-worker as i walked in today i saw Laura through 2 sets of silverware across the table also throughing a wet towel across the restaurant over the bar setting area almost hitting another co-worker in the head with it. Then I over heard Laura speak rudely to another employee about a customer waiting for her food.
Im leaving a five star for Katie and Brittany, but as for Laura she deserves a 0 zero..

Great prices. Eggs and toast are great. Grits and biscuit are delicious. Bacon is soft and average, hash browns are dry and not good.

Good Short Order Cooks are hard to find. Not found here. Eggs require care and a low (250 degree) griddle or low heat saute pan. All of the eggs were over cooked (almost over-well) Sausage links were deep fried (wth?) You're using fully cooked links anyway.... Better methods than throwing in a fryer that you use for fries and other foods. The bacon was left off of the plate of a person w us, so server went to get an order, he came out with it and before placing on table said "this looks under done, would you like it cooked more". She said yes, it was returned to her having been microwaved to death (link deep frying sausage, you can just tell that it was microwaved). Grits were very thick and lumpy and only warm. The butter wouldnt even melt. Coffee tasted old.

Breakfast requires skills. Came back for a second try, won't return. Everyone was nice, courteous and helpful. Food was worst part.

Good food can make up for bad service, but bad food ruins the whole experience.

The manager Ken and the servers Brittany, Laura, Abby, Adam, Rose and Katie are phenomenal. Even the host/busboy Adrian is incredible. The food is fantastic and the prices are definitely reasonable. We have been coming for breakfast every Sunday for several years. We have always had a great experience!
