I stopped at this location for a quick cheeseburger. Remind you just a cheeseburger. It was not even busy and I waited 20 minutes and never got my food at that point. I just walked out. Didn’t even ask for a refund. And then I went to the drive-through and told them that I didn’t receive my cheeseburger when I was in there I just left and I told him give it to somebody else and they told me if you would like pull around to the window after there was three cars in front of me, they would give me my food. Unacceptable

VERY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS BURGER KING! I work near this Burger King and used to come here often for lunch. Most of the time, I order online because there’s a promotion that gives you fries of any size you want when you buy a sandwich.
One time, they gave me a small fries instead of a large, even though the promotion said I could choose any size. I politely asked if they could please change it to a large one. The woman on the speaker kept saying no. I thought maybe she didn’t understand the promotion, so I tried to explain it nicely. She started talking to me very rudely, saying, “It just can’t be done.” Later, after speaking with the manager, I found out it was something I had to change myself in the app. But honestly—why couldn’t she just tell me that instead of being rude? Or at least explain that I needed to fix it on my phone? They treated me so poorly that I had to step out of my car and speak directly with the manager. I really hope this location focuses on improving their customer service, because kindness and respect should be the minimum when dealing with customers.

the food's okay, but the fries are a real stinker. i just don't think the food's worth the price.
service depends. i've had one person say i can get something with this and another say the exact opposite.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and that’s not what she rung up. I knew it didn’t sound right & she had whopper junior with cheese. I told her no after she already took my credit card. She said oh ok I’ll let them know to change it to whopper with cheese. I was willing to pay the difference but don’t think she knew how. I waited 10 minutes (only 1 car ahead of me at 2:05 pm). I don’t mind waiting at all since they’re made fresh. I get home & it’s a junior!!! You should have your employees repeat back what the order was because they couldn’t get it right. I bury upset because I hadn’t eaten all day because I wanted a whopper with cheese and then I get home to have a whopper Junior with cheese. Totally unacceptable

My Sauce Was Correct !!!! THE BURGER WAS EVERYTHING && TO TOP IT OFF THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS AMAZING !! Remind you it’s Late Night && Me And My Family Are Satisfied ! && I can’t beleive how everything was so fresh and there and amazing thank you Again YES I WILL BE BACK KEEP DOING YALL THANGYY THANGYY !! !! !! !! The service was terrible had to wait 5 minutes on a employee placing their order and must have been her first day she didn't know how to place her on order then once I placed my order it was 1208 I received my order at 12:24 I thought they might be letting the drive-thru go quicker but I only saw like three cars pass by while I was sitting and waiting and there was only about five customers in the building it wasn't like it was rushed.
