30 minutes it drive thru with 2 cars behind me. Finally went inside to try to get my food and ask what's going on. There's bags of food ready that they're not sending out. One of three managers said they got backed up due to a rush in drive thru. I said 4 cars and me being one of them is alot.

The manager Jessica is very unprofessional I go into the store due to hair follicles in my food and she comes out her office smirking and throws my food in the trash goes to make me a new one and then right after I’m about to leave Jessica tells me to choke on my sandwich, so due to that situation she will be losing her job this coming up week. Do better

This Burger King is always so entirely slow. At this point it shouldn’t even be claimed at a fast food chain. I live right next door and come here pretty often. Average wait time to wait on your food in the drive through or even to talk to someone on the intercom is about 15-20 minutes. It’s even been so far that I’ve been here for 30 minutes in the drive thru

Let me say this is my go to location. When I went through the drive through the lady who took my order seemed to be the manager . I didn’t get her name but she has a nasty attitude. Originally when she welcomed me she seemed okay. I wasn’t ready to order so she told me to take my time . Then as I’m ready she starts taking my order & seems to come off as agitation then she started saying she didn’t hear me so now I’m talking louder so she can hear me. Mind you she didn’t even ask me what size I wanted for my order so I default to a small… then she didn’t ask what sauce I wanted… we didn’t make it to her asking my name I drove off because by this now I’m frustrated because this lady acts like she don’t like her job. Then when I finally got to the window she tells me it’s just her & one other person . So I’m thinking like so am I supposed to take your attitude? My thing is also that has nothing to do with me. I work in the service industry so I know what it’s like & I get we have our moments . Where is the compassion on your end though? Then when I asked for a cup holder she acted as if that was an issue so honestly I hope whoever this finds you see the receipt & have a discussion with this lady . If you don’t like your job or what it requires & can’t deal with the pressure just quit because at the end of the day we all are going through things & im choosing to spend my hard earned money with you guys. I could’ve went elsewhere

I absolutely love this location! The employees are the absolute sweetest, orders go out fast, and the food is always delicious! My favorite thing to order from them is a whopper with cheese! If you haven't tried their Hershey Pie, then it is a MUST!!!!

Restaurant is relatively newer style. Many of the tables were not cleaned off when we went. The staff members were friendly. Food was chain quality. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared correctly. A family member comes here often and usually doesn’t have issues.
