Parking: They had a good size parking lot. And in addition, it is in another Publix shopping center, so there's additional parking around if you need it, but I doubt you would.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and I can settle them to be kid friendly in their behavior to kids ?

Me and my family have a love-hate relationship with Culver's. The food tends to be good for the price, and I'd eat a Culver's burger or chicken sandwich over McD's any day of the week. The problem lies in the service. It's amateur hour all around. I do not recommend ordering "curdside" pickup at any point. If you order takeout, make sure to go inside to verify the order with the employees.
I have been given orders missing drinks, missing sides, missing custard. On this latest order I requested one of the chicken sandwiches without lettuce, without pickles, without tomatoes. Yes, my son is picky. The sandwich had all of the items I had requested to be removed. This order was also missing my onion rings side and my daughter's drink. Sometimes I take the time to check every item and go back in to get it fixed but I really shouldn't have to be so paranoid about it.
I keep ordering from them because my kids absolutely love Culver's, but I personally dread dealing with all the mistakes that they make. They get 2 stars for service because the managers are really great about it, but it shouldn't really be happening so often.

That double butter burger was fantastic. Service in the drive through was polite, prompt, and I could understand them.
Culver’s custard first timers! I took my daughters here after a doctors appointment as a treat for being well behaved. My mom loves their custard but I have never tried it. My girls have a wheat allergy and I was not expecting this chain to have such clearly labeled allergens. Very very appreciated! The girls absolutely loves their chocolate custard with strawberry topping. Thanks, Culver’s!
