Took our grandson for ice cream tonight. Zen was our cashier and it was just a lovely experience! The little guy asked for a coloring sheet and crayons and Zen supplied within minutes of us sitting down. We received our senior discount and service was wonderful. Huge difference in management made all the difference. Thank you for eliminating the problem!
We have tried this place many times and each time the service has gotten worse and worse. The young lady that waited on us has done so on numerous occasions. Each time she is curt, condescending and arrogant. This time she refused to give me the senior discount….i am 67 for goodness sakes. Each time our order is wrong. We plainly said milk for my grandson yet got apple juice. When I took it back up to the counter she rolled her eyes like we were the idiots. We requested a color sheet half way through the meal I went back up and requested one again. She never acknowledged me and after standing there for a few more minutes I turned and walked back to our table to do this review she went to the back. She carried the sheet out to us and just curtly threw it into my hands. I asked her name, Bianca,and said thank you. I know it’s fast food and the help is young, but she is consistently nasty. No more, no thanks, never again. We’ll travel 7 miles to the one by Walmart.

Needs an employee or traffic cones to direct traffic during busy hours. Customers have a habit of cutting the line and preventing other customers entering from 41/The Groves from going around the building from that entrance, which builds up traffic. IYKYK. Also, they always put the cheese curds upside down in the bag so they spill everywhere.

I have used this place since it opened in Zephyrhills and NEVER got a decent burger. Thin, over cooked,dry, never the same just worse and then some. There is no constancy.Kids run the place with no experience or manners! We don't go there any longer. We tried it several times with the same awful outcome.Don't use the take out you don't know what your get! It's even worse ! I asked for a cheeseburger and the cashier said Would you want cheese with that cheeseburger. UGH

The atmosphere is friendly as you come in, everything is very well organized. Easy to read menus. The staff is friendly. Good variety to choose from. Nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal.
