A great Culver’s Location. Culver’s is on the better end of fast food and this Culver’s has good food. But the most important factor for this review is the service. This is one of the nicest and most professional fast food franchises I’ve seen. So polite and attentive. I’d go here just for the service but they also have amazing cheese curds…..

Absolutely disgusting!! I ordered a mushroom, Swiss burger, and onion rings. The best way to describe it is; If you stick out your tongue and pour a tablespoon of salt on your tongue is what the food tasted like. Will never go back A waste of 19 bucks!!

This location is the best of the best. It is worth it to go out of your way for this one. Our first visit was not so great, however the manager I spoke with more than made up for it just by reaching out to apologize. I could tell they actually care about providing excellent customer service, and I was not expecting that. Every employee I have encountered has been so kind and attentive. The food is always hot and delicious which is also a big plus!

I had to write about my experience at this location in particular. The supervisor was exceptional and treated my family like her own. I was disappointed by Culver's many years ago at the grand opening of the first store in Tampa and haven't been back since. We only stopped in this location for a milkshake and my opinion has been changed. Amazing service, the food was brought to the table, served hot, the french fries were crisp, chicken was juicy and I can tell there has been improvements made on the custard. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Many thanks for a delightful experience.

Fortunately the food is the same as other locations we’ve tried. The service was good, the only small complaint I have are the kids at the register. This is my third time at this location and every time I walk up they’re too busy talking to their friends, this last time I asked the girl at the register if she was ready to take my order. She laughed and to make things better took the order incorrectly. The kids are polite so I won’t ding them for minor stuff.
