GREED. Was prompted with a tip option after paying inside. Last time I checked, there was no formal table service at Dairy Queen. I encourage ownership to read the fast food room and shop nearby fast food locations, McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Wendy’s, heck even Andy’s for Ice Cream, no tips requested. Please do better.

This is my favorite DQ. The new owners are amazing and always so friendly.

This place is a nightmare. Got my order wrong twice. Ketchup and pickles. That's all asked for went though three burgers. Horrible experience.

Our first visit here last week and we were pleasantly surprised. The order taker (Swati) was very pleasant. Out order came out quickly and was accurate. The burger was flavorful and juicy and the fries were piping hot. We enjoyed it and will return.

Tried to go into the restaurant for ice cream around 9pm but the doors were locked and the line for the drive through was extremely busy.

Back AGAIN JAN 26 AND ITS STILL BROKEN. THIS IS ABSURD! Between the slushie machine NEVER working and the constant attitude from the employees who cant make a simple order correct is getting absurd. This location used to be decent now its just shit. How hard is chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla?

We got peanut buster parfaits and there was barely any peanuts or hot fudge sauce. It was basically just ice cream. What a disappointment for what they cost.

Went there on my work break had to ask some one if any one was taken orders after waiting up there for some one you acknowledge me! After the fact 3 people seen me stand up there!! Go to eat my lunch and my sauce looked like it’s been sitting out forever it was so nasty 🤮 well not be back ever again!!!

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I have a severe egg allergy, so I asked if there was an allergy menu available. The staff member told me there wasn’t one and insisted that all the ice cream had egg in it. I later looked it up myself and found Dairy Queen’s allergy menu online, which shows that isn’t true.

This was frustrating and inconvenient because I had to leave the line, research it myself, and then get back in line to order. More importantly, it’s concerning that staff aren’t trained on something as serious as allergies. Customers rely on accurate information for their safety, and I think it would really help if staff were trained to know about and provide the allergy menu.

When I drove up to the window the girl who handed me my ice cream was very polite and apologized for the other employee not being trained properly and knowing these things thank you for your Kindness the extra star was for you.
