I just orderd a fish sandwich and medium fries... Worst meal ...the oil is soooo old that you can taste the bitterness of burned oil....the food was nasty and greasy...I almost vomittef after the first bite!

This location must be under new management. The past 3 times I’ve visited have been very disappointing. I feel like the blizzards have been shorted toppings. Before I could anticipate treats in every bite, now I’m lucky to get 3 bits of Oreo in my entire blizzard. Also, I was just there and paid extra for cookie dough to be added to my blizzard, there wasn’t any at all. We want old management back. 👎🏼

Slightly disappointed in my visit to this location, we arrived about and hour and a half before they closed and as we walked in to order about 90% of the chairs were on top of the tables and the trash cans were covered indicating non of those amenities were to be used. As we approached the counter the staff wasn’t thrilled we were there just based off their body language, we put in our order and the young lady asked if it was for “here or to go” and we responded with here and she looked at us… and I asked if that was ok? And she responded “I guess”. I can understand the usefulness of pre closing and cleaning to help the staff get home at an early time but the dining area and the staff made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by coming to get dinner and a sweet treat.. it unfortunately dampened the excitement my wife and I had to go out for a little treat to end our weekend. The food was alright at best, the blizzard was good but we will be cautious about returning.

The service inside the restaurant was a little slow. They needed one more employee because most of their time was devoted to the drive-thru. Mom and I love the $7 meal deals. Today they had a bacon cheeseburger as one of the deals. Usually, it's only the cheeseburger and 3 piece chicken tenders.

I used to enjoy coming here a few years ago. The last 3 times i’ve been there the man with the accent made the experience so horrible i just left. His responses are short and not helpful. i asked for gummy bears he said they don’t have. then i asked if he had any other candies similar and he said yes lots, and stared at me blankly, i asked him to tell me and he said “reese’s, pecans” I asked if there were others, he then lists 2 more. I only proceeded with the order because it was a surprise for my sister. there was another experience similar in terms of the employee’s attitude about not doing a chocolate shell for a cup of icecream, which i’d ordered many times in the past, so i got nothing and left. And last time their icecream machine was shut down well before closing time, so again i got nothing and left. all the same man with the accent. prior to being served by this guy, my experiences have always been great, and the icecream and cheese curds are really good, and the staff was always accommodating.

I had my fair share of fast food but Dairy Queen actually surprised me. The interior, tables and seats were almost spotless, the temperate was just right and it’s pretty cozy. I’m glad they opted for a retro feel, i don’t like it when fast food restaurants go modern and soulless.

The person handling my order was very kind and patient, I didn’t quite understand him at times but we worked out my order.

The food was pretty great compared to other fast food joints. It’s hot and fresh, not premade and left to stale on a hot plate (Looking at you burger king). Blizzards were top notch too. I’m very impressed!

I absolutely need to try their burgers on my next visit, I’ll be seeing you guys soon.

Can’t seem to understand a simple order: single cheese burger with veggies all the way. After just telling my husband what all the way meant, she couldn’t wrap her heard around my order. Forgot half the orders and had to keep going up for missing food. Very frustrating with three little ones. Needless to say I’m going home with no dinner because even after asking for veggies on the side or a refund, neither happened.

Very rude at the drive through! No need for an attitude, a glare and shoving the bag in my face while looking at the computer screen all because I referred to a menu item by the wrong name.

Disappointing; as this dq is closest to our home, but the quality of the product has been questionable over the past couple of visits. At first we thought it was a fluke. But now we heard they're under new management and it makes sense. Last time our burgers were super dry and old. This evening my oreo blizzard was barely mixed and all the cookies were sitting on top and just vanilla the second half of it. My husband's cheesecake blizzard had a soupy cherry puddle on top of it and the girl giving it to us clearly didn't flip it to show us that it was good. It was clearly soup..like it sat on a counter top for a while. He should of handed it back. It was gross. Dq needs to shape up, Andy's custard is opening up soon down the street and they will lose a lot of business when people realize how bad this dq is going down the tubes.

DO NOT COME HERE. I used to love coming here but it has recently undergone new management.All the new hires are not as inviting as the old workers.The new employment under this new owner is very clueless and has no idea how to do their job. The new management is ruining this place. The inside has dirty tables and has a hot environment that is not very inviting.Not sure what is going on with the AC. Recently it is always hot inside. New management must be cheap and not want to raise their bill by keeping the air off. The food now tastes old and rubbery like it’s been sitting there all day. This place used to be great for a late night quick snack. But now the line takes forever and moves very slowly. I used to enjoy coming here and now it has been ruined by the new management.
