This dunkin is ruined. i’m not sure what happened to the old employees but it seems like they replaced the whole crew and the whole crew sucks! no matter how you explain your order they seem to get it wrong and when you ask them to fix it nicely they roll their eyes and hand you back exactly the same drink acting as if they did something different. i can’t even order something and trust it will be right. i’ve been going almost everyday in the past few months and ive never had to deal with such bad service. its been a week now that they’ve been making my drinks wrong! bring back the old crew or get new people these guys suck.

The grand opening was amazing The kids had a lot of fun with the face paint and the balloons. All the prizes for the raffles it was amazing. Some of us actually won the 100 days of free coffee. I was number 99. 😁 But since then my daily coffee when I order it has been perfect. We're doing a great job and I'm really glad they're really close to home.

I drove 20 min from my dunkins donuts área for this one for had a bad experience. A new employee had my order she mess it up but i wasnt mad at her cause i understand we are human...but the other employee acuse me for bring rude when i wasnt . the one was rude at me was her.

Horrible service, the workers didn't want to be there that day and any request seemed to bother them, even when the request were because they messed up the order, and couldn't seem to get out together. Because when you don't fair what you do your work qualities suck. All the employers here need to be fired and have replacements hired

My husband ordered me a matcha latte with oatmilk and they just ignored the request and made it with regular milk. Nowbmy stomach is all upset. People make these requests for actual real reasons and shoukd be taken seriously.
